NNijaOverall good for the price, 4 out of 5. However, expect a comfortable hostel, not a hotel.
It is relatively clean, big and quiet (recently renovated, so looks better than pictures on website). Also have clean shared toilet and shower (which I never needed to queue). The staff are also always friendly and could speak English, also helped to keep the luggage after check-out.
The bed amenities was not very good. Blanket is short and pillows are too thin. Also might be hot during summer despite having fan, but opening window may attract insects inside room. There is no room cleaning or towel change or shampoo or sandals.
Location is not the best, but is fine (except a bit scary at night if solo sometimes). 15min walk to Keleti train station which has many things, and 20 min walk to the famous park and heroes square. Also multiple buses are available within 1 min walk.
Unfortunately seems this is the Budapest pattern that prices are a bit high for the offer (compared to nearby countries), not their problem. Despite some shortcomings, overall was good stay and affordable. I can see they are renovating/improving, so hope it will be better soon!
RRyanDYKimEverything was perfect. Room was clean, spatious, and easy to use. Staffs there was very friendly, and I could easily access to every famous place in Budapest. I would love to stay again!
DDanny Chung gmailReza the in house manager is a super friendly, helpful young gentleman. Friendly led us to the room, showed us the remote control n buttons. Introduced the neighbourhood n attractions near by.
He showed his local knowledge n international tourism talents.
Place is clean new n conveniently located to both tram and subway.
Highly recommend both Reza n Oasia

GGuest UserMy partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Centrooms. Very close to the city centre and the room / surrounding was neat.
The female receptionist we met was very accommodating and friendly.
We intend to go back to the same hotel in future anytime we visit Budapest. Tnx
GGuest UserThe only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because ”they wanted to clean the room”. A cold-shoulder, professionally presented reply, like the soul of the place.
JJean-ÉricGood location near metro and tram stations, next to a Lidl
Good pressure of hot water
Good temperature in the room
A little kitchen enough equipped to cook
Good ratio quality price
The bed is ok but you can feel that the queen size bed is composed by 2 beds
The bed duvet is small. People with a size greater than 1m80 will not be entirely covered
The WiFi is average
IIrinaThe location is great, the metro station Opera is nearby, the instructions for check-in were sent in advance, very detailed, everything is clear. The apartment is large, the kitchen is equipped, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, cookies. I am very happy that I found this place to live. Thank you!
IIuliiaWonderful hotel, great location, very nice design. There are some minor flaws that arise due to natural wear and tear, but for such a price it is not critical. There is a huge amount of public transport, cafes, shops nearby, a bakery is right opposite! Regarding audibility - yes, indeed, the soundproofing is not the best, but I very rarely come across budget hotels with good soundproofing, I travel with earplugs. And I was very lucky with my neighbors. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and everything was very comfortable, I would gladly repeat it!
GGuest UserThe staff were so friendly!! I didn't have a car, so I made a reservation and left it together, but it was worth going, and it was a cost-effective accommodation.
