The rooms are very clean and cozy. The balcony view was amazing. The service is extremely good and satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is also very nice, the kandhari chicken and kaju masala combination was very tasty.

Beautiful homestay amongst leafy greenery with delightful kind and attentive hosts. Biju thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey.

Place was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The location was great, near the beach and restaurants, with a bus to Alappay at the end of the road. Breakfast was fine. Communications were a bit lacking. We asked if they did laundry, they said yes but we couldn't seem to actually get it done. Breakfast time was hit and miss. There was a surveillance camera on a pillar two meters away pointing at our balcony, which seemed a bit weird. To be honest we wouldn't stay there again, but that was just our experience.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

Very convenient location, 600 meters from maharaja's college metro. Friendly and cordial stuffs. Sincere thanks to krishnendu for the room upgrade. Comfortable room, clean bed and clean bathroom.

An awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

We stayed at Backwater Heritage Homestay on our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience all around.  The property is a lush, peaceful oasis of calm.  The hosts are incredibly warm and generous people.  The food and service are amazing.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, authentic homestay.

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Останавливались в этом отеле не один раз - приезжали большой семьёй ранее. В этот раз отдыхала одна. Все безупречно. И расположение очень удобное и сервис, и забота персонала, и прекрасные комнаты с удобными кроватями... Очень довольна! Вернемся непременно!)
