Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Wonderful place to spend your holidays. The resort is family and couple friendly. It is surrounded by lush green lawn and palm tree. The cottage has private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the food. The food is tasty and served hot. The staff is very friendly. The room has electric kettle, mini fridge and geyser. If you are planning to celebrate birthday or anniversary make sure you carry the decoration stuff since they provide only basic balloon decoration. The resort is close to road and Varsoli beach is 10min by walk. Overall had a wonderful experience.

Overall the stay was okay. I expected the place to be a tourist hostel kind of a place, however, the crowd was completely local and they stay there for longtime, looked like they go to their respective offices from that place. Don’t expect tourist crowd there, it unlike those touristy hostels where the crowd is very much happening. Otherwise, the place was clean, the receptionist uncle is very sweet and cooperative. The helper guys keeps cleaning the dorm. Inmates mind their own business. Bathrooms are clean, that’s most important. I was there for 2 days. I couldn’t find anything bad there. A typical office goers hostel it was. My stay was comfortable.

i had a really pleasant experience staying at atlas grand hotel. the hotel offers excellent parking facilities, which made things super convenient, especially for someone traveling by car. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. the staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was room service, front desk, or housekeeping. everything was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay. definitely a great option if you're looking for good service and comfort at a reasonable price. i’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Located very conveniently next to the Airport, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Bed and bathroom was clean, I couldn't find the hot water switch though. Mumbai was hot enough so I didn't bother asking. WiFi in my room was available standing next to the door only, good enough for a quick email checkup. Luggage storage is available as well, all in all a good experience, I might stay there again.

The hotel is still pretty new so the cleanliness is top notch. Location wise though, it is quite far from the tourist attractions, so we ended up spending most time on uber. Breakfast place at this hotel is my fav place to sit down and chit chat with my partner. The vibe is so pleasant.

Lovely heratige building in a central position. Staff very helpful. Clean room and bedding. Toilet paper and soap and towel provided. So good l am returning in march.
