"這個民宿的空間很大！廚房洗衣機設施樣樣齊全！我們買了愛媛黑毛A5和牛回來煮！那個油花簡直美出太空！人生第一次吃牛肉的感覺！可能是我淺薄了吧…但真的非常好吃好吃好吃！民宿位置比較偏，來回路程比較遠，但還是能步行的距離，離主要的景區也不太算遠吧，比較我們有運動的習慣！松山城真的非常壯觀！風景超美！松山的鯛魚飯真的太驚艷我了，連續2天都在吃！道後温泉區是遊客區，商業街繁多，商業太濃厚了我不喜歡，反而那個免費泡腳的非常舒服，泡了兩回，第一回發現泡完的腳居然非常光滑！接着回來又泡一頓！哇哇哇！連腳死皮角質層都給泡軟化掉，平時在國內老塗護膚品都不行還需要掛掉死皮，在那裡神奇的被泡消失掉…這是什麼神仙水啊？？？我由於生理期所以沒有在道後温泉泡温泉，泡了腳！非常完美的旅程！"

"We went on a family trip. It was my first time at an onsen ryokan (hot spring inn) and my first time in a tatami room, and it was quite spacious and comfortable. Of course, it was an old building with traditional tatami rooms, so there were some shortcomings, but even these were all worth it. Our family was able to fully experience the Japanese atmosphere, which made it even better. The friendly and detailed guidance from check-in was wonderful. At check-out, we needed to reserve a taxi, and when I couldn't get through to the driver, they connected for me, and helped me make the reservation. The facilities were varied, so it was a great experience with the kids! Thank you!"

"Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises."

"初めての松山・道後温泉で地理的にも初めてでしたので夜到着して行こうとしたら場所がわからないしサーチしても 道後温泉とは全く別の地域を表示するので到着時大きな障害となりました。　初めての場所で道後温泉にはいるのが 目的で近場を選んだつもりが到着に全く別の場所が表示された時にはかなりパニックになりましたが、どうごやに電話で 連絡をしたら大変に親切に対応してもらい、パニックも落ち着き無事にいけましたし大変にお世話になりました。 このどうごやは趣のある隠し宿で、立地もよく道後温泉から歩いて５分くらいの場所にあり便利な立地にあります。 家族ずれ（特に小さい子供連れ）は絶対ご推奨しません。　 松山にまた行く時は、　どうごやに宿泊します（次回は迷子にならずに行けます）その時はよろしくお願いします。 宿のご主人にお世話になったのに、夜到着で早朝出発したのでお礼を申しあがれなくて、申し訳ありませんでした。"

"the Magician The hotel environment is very good, clean and comfortable, there are not many rooms, mainly operating hot springs, indoor and outdoor, not bad. "I was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days. The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together. The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me. The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city. tldr, would recommend"

"Trip.com  wrong room! This is the first time  this happened!  I booked 2 new wing standard twin rooms (Figure 3, 4)  I went to the hotel and the new wing casual room- I didn't even have toilets and bathing facilities.  I used  to negotiate with the hotel for more than 1 hour.  I couldn't speak  I finally knew that it was caused by the error of communication between trip.com and the local  Tourism Agent Company in Japan. I was very tired.  But I booked the room and it was full of sun.  It is convenient for my family to have a toilet at night. The hotel helped me change the old wing single room (with toilet, picture 1 and 2)  I want two people a single bed,  room  very narrow,  toilet smell 😢  To praise the hotel manager and staff for being very polite, try to communicate and change rooms.   This loss is actually difficult to make up for. It is always a hot spring hotel. Family and friends have expectations for staying. It also wastes a lot of travel  precious time , so disappointed 😞"

"The hotel is located near Dogo Bath, a three- to four-minute walk from the bath. The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are complete (typical of hot spring hotels, including free massage chairs). The hot spring baths are comfortable, clean, and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful."

"It is right behind the main building of Dogo Onsen, and it is close to the station and has easy access to everything. In particular, there are Korean staff members who are very kind and solve any questions or problems, which made me feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hot spring is small but clean, and the open-air bath is on the rooftop, so you can enjoy the hot spring while enjoying the beautiful view. The hot spring is small but not crowded and is leisurely."
