The hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. For example, in our case this time, when we told our family in advance that there are people with bad legs, they can install a bed in a Japanese-style room, and change the basic dishes provided to each person's taste. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. In addition, the breakfast at the dining hall I received the next morning was surprisingly luxurious with a large number of items, but the amount was gradually appropriate and very satisfying. The seasoning is natural, healthy, and exquisite taste adjustment and appropriate temperature, which does not rely on artificial taste operations such as umami seasonings, while protecting the gentle flavor that makes the best use of the goodness of fresh ingredients. Hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station..but near Hiroshima Bus Terminal.. There is 7-11 downstairs.. There is a tram downstairs for one minute.. But the sound is a bit awkward next door.. Someone has been a little awkward upstairs at 12 o'clock in the evening.. In the evening, the hotel will come out with lights.. I will also turn off.. There are d eyes.. Overall ok

I stayed with a friend before. The price was very cheap and the room was wide 々, and the kitchen was equipped with all the tableware and microwaves, which was very helpful. There was a convenience store nearby, and it was not far from Hiroshima Station and it was a fun trip

It's new and clean, with cooking facilities, which is convenient. It's well-equipped and quiet at night. It's a 15-minute walk from the Onomichi JR line, and easy to find using Google Maps. It was my first time experiencing a youth hostel in Japan, and it was pretty good.

The hotel is located near Miyajima Pier and is conveniently located. The hotel is relatively old, but it's clean, the staff is very kind, and the dinner was better than expected. As for breakfast, you don’t have to eat it. There are plenty of places to eat on the island.

Near the pier, up a hill, the environment is quiet, the bathhouse is not big, and fortunately there are not many people. The breakfast is exquisite. Some of the waiters are from Taiwan, so communication is no problem. From the rooms on the sixth floor of the hotel, you can see the old ruins of Miyao Castle on the key mountain (the site of the Itsukushima Battle), and you can see the large torii gate from the side, and the view is acceptable.

This is definitely the best service hotel in Japan. Everyone knows that Japan's service attitude has always been good. This is a bit of a good time.
