Good clean apartment well maintain also, the location also very startefic and close to ciq The contact person also very helpfull, many food and cafe so we can buy food not far from apartement. We stayed in that 2-bedroom seaview apartment at R&F Homestay in Johor. The view was pretty nice, but honestly, the pictures online were a little misleading – the apartment wasn't exactly like what they sent to me. The apartment itself was good. However, we had a few issues. One of the bedroom lights was busted, and when we messaged about it, crickets. Zero response. Also, the mop was broken – seriously, it was falling apart. Cleaning with a toddler is already a mission, and having to hunch over with a broken mop made it even worse. Because I had to clean up every day! Overall, it was a decent enough place to stay, but those little things really added up. We'd probably stay at R&F again, but definitely not in the same apartment. They need to sort out their maintenance and communication!

We had a fantastic stay at Mosaic South Key! The accommodation was spacious and spotless, making our experience very comfortable. Louis, the guy from management, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We’re already looking forward to returning in January!

Positive feedback: *Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean. *Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it.     *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels. *We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2.     Opportunities for improvement: *Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in. *Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean! *Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

Hotel stay was good. Room was good as this is not the first time i stay there. Previously was directly under shama booking. This round book under trip. Did not get any email from 3rd partty on his how to access to my room and the number provided by trip was wrong too. I was being scold by the person too. I think trip will owe an explanation on this on what happening regarding the wrong number given as well as booking from trip how come Agoda have the details. I have taken screenshot on trip and the number provided was wrong the other number cannot get through.(Refer to the photo for sceenshoot) 3rd party mention this. . For us as host, is confusing too because we didn't receive any of your information. The overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

My stay at Cozystudio's Studio 1 was truly enjoyable. Upon arrival, I instantly noticed the high level of cleanliness and attentiveness to detail in maintaining the space. The serene and quiet environment added to the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The highlight of my visit was the superbly comfortable bed in Studio 1 that allowed me to get a great night's sleep. The thoughtfully placed lighting throughout the unit created a warm and cozy ambiance. It should be noted that Cozystudio doesn't provide amenities such as tissue, shampoo, or toothbrushes during guests' stays. While this may not be a concern for some, guests who rely on these items should remember to bring their own. Despite this, I would highly recommend Cozystudio for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and would not hesitate to return.
