"We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative. There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in. Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. Thank u for the wonderful stay!"

"This is my second time staying here. The environment and the room are still great, and I can even enjoy the view. However, the only downside is the access card issue. 😭 If a family is staying together, and one couple leaves first, the other couple will be stuck inside and go hungry! They can't even get food deliveries because there's no card. 😓 Even asking security to open the door doesn't work! Also, only one parking space is provided. Don't apartments usually come with two parking spaces when purchased? Getting around is truly inconvenient. Grabs always stop across the street, 😓 so we have to cross a road to get to them. The address is 100% correct, and even the drivers confirm it, but they still make us walk across the street ourselves."

"We had an amazing stay at Space Residency. We love the interior of the unit and the amenities. The condo is quite new, so everything looks clean. The beddings and towels are similar to hotel quality. Ther kitchen is equped with complete utensils, cook pots and water filter dispenser. There is shampoo and shower gel only in the toilets, do bring your toothbrush and other toiletries. There is a washing machine, flat iron and hair dryer in the unit foe use. We woild love to comeback again for longer stay. Thanks for hosting us! Recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻"

"Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this homestay! The environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly whenever needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to food and transportation nearby. Overall, it felt just like home and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!"

"Airbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart. Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors"
