We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it matched the listing description well. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay more enjoyable. Excellent Stay! I recently stayed at this accomodation and was really impressed. The room was well-equipped — it had a coffee maker, rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine…and even a garment steamer! There was a steady supply of drinking water, a big TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the bathrobes provided — a nice touch of comfort. It also had a gym and a pool but unfortunately, I stayed on a Monfay and its closed for cleaning and maintenance. The place is quiet since it’s located away from the city noise but still conveniently close to the airport. The only small issue I had was figuring out how the hot shower works, but everything else was perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back!

Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

I was really happy with the amenities everything from slippers to a hair cap was provided, so it’s easy to stay light and not worry about packing too much. The room itself is the smaller, but actually makes it feel like a perfect place to rest between going out and exploring. There are plenty of spots nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy different areas around the city. The rooftop café (co-living style space) is also a nice touch. You get a great panoramic view of the city, which makes it even more enjoyable!! It could be a good option for a longer stay as well.

We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

I was looking for a place closer to the airport, but it turned out to be far away. The room itself is fine, but the cockroaches in the room are terrible. Check-in is convenient with a code.

A studio apartment in a multi-story complex, a place that has absolutely everything, even a swimming pool adjacent to the building. One big drawback: the listed address doesn't quite match reality; even the taxi driver had a hard time finding it, and the QR code for the Wi-Fi didn't work.

Facility is actually very nice. Amenities are excellent that I could celebrate my birthday using different equipments and materials. Cleanliness inside the house is superb! Definitely will book again.
