"1st April arrived till 24th...did lots of bus rides 1 yuan per ride...stops at many places ...took local train too...weather lhot and dry... lately rain...enjoyed claypot beef/chicken at local kitchen...overall great relax island...no rush ...Staff are great kind...have a translation app...coconuts durian strawberries pineapple jackfruit aplenty...bbq mea/ fish charcoal...enjoy"

"Backpacker's first choice! The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, and all the facilities were complete and in good working order. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were very fast, and they patiently answered all our questions. The location is convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The soundproofing was good, so we slept very soundly. The cleaning staff were meticulous, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. It offers excellent value for money and a fantastic stay experience. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

The location is unbeatable, right next to a transportation hub, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, getting around, and finding food. The interior design is simple yet cozy, showing care in every detail. The common areas are clean and elegant, perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. My room had great natural light and was simply but tastefully furnished. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete and spotless, with hot water available at all times, making for an excellent everyday living experience. The staff were thoughtful and attentive, friendly and approachable, patiently answering all my travel questions. The overall vibe was relaxed and comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The other guests were all very friendly. This place offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!"

"A highly recommended youth hostel, ideally situated alongside the Century Bridge, it's close to Century Park, Haidian Island's North and South Gate Night Market, Xitian Temple Snack Street, the Qilou Historical Pedestrian Street, Dongpo Old Wharf, Sky Inn, Haikou Bay Evergreen Park, Friendship Sunshine City, and Shangbang Parkview City. Both electric bikes and bicycles take just over 10 to 20 minutes to reach, making it a central hub for food, accommodation, and entertainment. It's also conveniently located near Haikou East Station and Chengxi Station, where you can take a taxi to the airport or the New Haikou Port in just over 10 minutes for a little over 10 yuan. A bus is also available from the nearby Citizen and Tourist Service Center. From the windows, you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view and the romantic afterglow of sunsets and sunrises. My visit to Haikou truly impressed me with the city's rapid transformation: its increasingly sophisticated transportation infrastructure, its vibrant urban life, and its increasingly civilized urban order. Although Haikou lacks the prosperity and development of a major city, it offers a sense of freedom and tranquility that comes with retiring from the countryside, a sense of peace and tranquility for a short stay. This seemingly unassuming small city offers us a warm, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, allowing those tired of the hustle and bustle of the city to reflect on the meaning of life in this peaceful place, understanding that life is not just about work, but also about living. This city is for passionate, free-spirited people, and is a perfect place for everyone to find their own happy haven. Finally, I hope our Haikou will continue to improve, and I also hope that the youth hostel business will be prosperous and smooth sailing."

"My stay at The Cape was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The room was clean, tidy, and well-designed, with comfortable and soft bedding. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. "A random youth hostel in Wanning! The atmosphere is very good, there are many friends who can sing for free with microphones at night, I met a lot of friends here, and they will organize werewolf killing at night, so there are 20 or 30 stray cats in his house, you can pet the cats at will, and there is also a big dog named Maomao. The dormitory environment is also warm, and you can also sign up for paddle board surfing here"

"An absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay. The six-bed room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite shower. Everything is designed to make getting around easy: electric scooters are available at a very reasonable price, and an electric scooter is even provided free of charge for short trips, which is a real bonus. The free transfers between the train station and the hostel (both ways) are a real plus and make arrival and departure very simple. But what truly sets this place apart is the manager: exceptionally kind, always available, attentive, and ready to help in any situation, even generously offering food. If I ever return to Hainan, this will be the only place I stay without hesitation. The location is also ideal for exploring the island: Sanya and Haikou are less than an hour away by train. A huge thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and remarkable hospitality."

"I have stayed here several times and after changing the owner, the service has improved greatly. It is not as lacking in quality as the previous one. And this time I went, the bathroom door was also repaired, and all aspects were greatly improved. It was a very good experience!"

"A four-person girls' room. There are no lockable closets, so someone moved my suitcase right to the exit. The windows aren't sealed, and there's a busy road nearby. There are no dark curtains, so car headlights illuminate the room and wake you up, as does the noise. Some girls come in at night and turn on the lights, making noise while delivering things until you tell them to be quiet. The bathroom is combined with a shower, which leaves the floor constantly wet and hairy. The girls don't clean up after themselves; it's filthy. I regret staying longer than one night."

I arrived quite late, and the landlady patiently explained things to me, gave me travel tips, and introduced the hostel and attractions. By the way, the landlady is incredibly beautiful, very nice, and has a unique kind of beauty that I really appreciate. The accommodation was also quite nice; as she said, it felt like home! Finally, I don't understand if those who left negative reviews felt the price didn't meet their expectations? With such high standards, I thought it was excellent. It had everything I needed, and it's close and convenient to Riyue Bay. It's a great hostel; I stayed three nights, and if I weren't rushing to my next destination, I would have liked to stay longer. Also, the air conditioning was very comfortable."
