I visited Haikou with friends during the National Day holiday and met the hospitable and lovely landlady on the very first day. She treated us to drinks and delicious food. We all chatted and had a great time :D The landlady is beautiful and kind, and her sister is also very pretty and cheerful. Both are very talkative and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic stay! The rooms have private bathrooms, and the dorm beds have curtains for privacy. Everyone was warm and interesting, and I met some lovely fellow travelers. The location is also excellent. You can walk to Haida Night Market, and there are many restaurants offering delicious food and a wide variety of goods. Taxis are easy to catch, and if you walk a bit further from the entrance, there's a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to visit! The best Banana (referring to the hostel name)! It's a pity I didn't take many photos. So, I'll just show the character '好' (good) that I left behind while playing games with a cute little girl I met at Banana, and the delicious meal made by an amazing young lady from Chongqing, haha. Words can't fully express how wonderful Banana is; everyone should come and experience it for themselves!

I recently stayed for three nights in a private room at this hostel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was surprisingly comfy, which is a big plus for a hostel! The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The hostel features an onsite café/restaurant that serves western food; however, the dining area is outdoor seating only, and many guests smoke in the vicinity. It would be great if the hostel could provide a non-smoking eating area, especially since there’s no option to eat inside. I arrived after midnight and had to contact the hostel to be added on WeChat for my check-in, as the front desk isn’t open 24/7, so it’s something to keep in mind for late arrivals. The shower facilities were good, with complimentary shampoo and shower gel provided, but I noticed there was no hand soap at the sinks, which would have been a nice touch. The hostel also offers a washing machine and dryer for an extra fee, which is convenient for longer stays. During my time there, I spent my days at the beach and had a fantastic time at the Atlantis water park, which I highly recommend! Overall, this hostel is a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the beach, though some improvements in the dining area and check-in process would enhance the experience.

The soundproofing is poor; you can hear the airport announcements. However, the location is excellent, perfect for travelers with a very specific and singular purpose (i.e., catching an early morning flight). For restroom facilities, use the public one to the left of the entrance. There's a children's sink that adults can use to wash their feet (though not recommended, as we should be considerate). Disposable slippers and dental kits are provided. There's ventilation in the deluxe cabin, but it's noisy, so it's better to turn it on for a bit and then switch it off. While you might consider hotels a few kilometers from the airport that offer free shuttles, for travelers arriving late at night and flying out in the morning, ask yourself: shuttles run every 30 minutes or an hour (they don't cater to you on demand), and then you still have to check in. That's at least an hour of hassle. For those arriving late and leaving early, why would you look for a hotel instead of just making do on a chair overnight? Presumably, it's just to get a few more hours of sleep. And that's precisely the purpose of this hotel: to allow you to ”hit the sack” in the most straightforward way possible. Everything else is secondary.

What an excellent hostel -- probably the cleanest I've ever stayed at, very helpful boss, great views of the city, in an interesting neighborhood close a bunch of restaurants and to both the train and bus station. Perfect for day trips around Haikou. 特别好的青年宿舍。地位很方便，老板挺有帮助的。可能最好的是，我住了的宿舍最干净之一的。肯定给其他人推荐。

A highly recommended youth hostel, ideally situated alongside the Century Bridge, it's close to Century Park, Haidian Island's North and South Gate Night Market, Xitian Temple Snack Street, the Qilou Historical Pedestrian Street, Dongpo Old Wharf, Sky Inn, Haikou Bay Evergreen Park, Friendship Sunshine City, and Shangbang Parkview City. Both electric bikes and bicycles take just over 10 to 20 minutes to reach, making it a central hub for food, accommodation, and entertainment. It's also conveniently located near Haikou East Station and Chengxi Station, where you can take a taxi to the airport or the New Haikou Port in just over 10 minutes for a little over 10 yuan. A bus is also available from the nearby Citizen and Tourist Service Center. From the windows, you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view and the romantic afterglow of sunsets and sunrises. My visit to Haikou truly impressed me with the city's rapid transformation: its increasingly sophisticated transportation infrastructure, its vibrant urban life, and its increasingly civilized urban order. Although Haikou lacks the prosperity and development of a major city, it offers a sense of freedom and tranquility that comes with retiring from the countryside, a sense of peace and tranquility for a short stay. This seemingly unassuming small city offers us a warm, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, allowing those tired of the hustle and bustle of the city to reflect on the meaning of life in this peaceful place, understanding that life is not just about work, but also about living. This city is for passionate, free-spirited people, and is a perfect place for everyone to find their own happy haven. Finally, I hope our Haikou will continue to improve, and I also hope that the youth hostel business will be prosperous and smooth sailing.

An absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay. The six-bed room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite shower. Everything is designed to make getting around easy: electric scooters are available at a very reasonable price, and an electric scooter is even provided free of charge for short trips, which is a real bonus. The free transfers between the train station and the hostel (both ways) are a real plus and make arrival and departure very simple. But what truly sets this place apart is the manager: exceptionally kind, always available, attentive, and ready to help in any situation, even generously offering food. If I ever return to Hainan, this will be the only place I stay without hesitation. The location is also ideal for exploring the island: Sanya and Haikou are less than an hour away by train. A huge thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and remarkable hospitality.

It can only be said that it is a minimalist rough style, but the cost is relatively low for a popular location. It is indeed a bit far from the beach, mainly because there are roads being built nearby, so the surrounding environment is not that good. The rest depends mainly on personal preference. The psychological expectations are average, and the price is acceptable.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a safe for valuables. Environment: Clean and tidy. Hygiene: Clean; the owner cleans daily. Service: Good. A complimentary yacht trip is included with a three-night stay: For a price of just over twenty yuan per night, this is an incredible deal for a three-night stay. Transportation is provided, and there are several free activities available on the yacht's first floor. Lunch is also included.

The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, just awful. Everything else was fine, but someone was snoring so loudly, like thunder. It was really noisy. I don't get it, maybe it was a long-term guest. They should have put them in a double room.

Last year, I lived at the back door alone. This week, during the school holiday, I brought two friends to the back door to live in Ayisha and came to the high-speed rail station to pick us up 🥹. Many, many cute friends, everyone is very good, very good We go out to play, have dinner, dance, go to no way to drink coffee, surf, go to sea, snorkel, take pictures hahahahahaha Lots of memories, laughter, drunkenness, and the loss of the plane at the moment. I think I might come back to the back door once a year? If I come back next year, I will bring my other friends over and let them experience the group activities that are happy and unforgettable. Although the souvenir left to me by the island this time is tanned skin, bruised and swollen calf by surfing, injured fingers, and a degree of black eye hahahahahahaha, but I am really happy! 👋🏻 Goodbye, goodbye next year
