GGuest UserLocated inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

The location is great, situated inside a large shopping mall, and the decor is super modern. The front desk area doubles as a bar and cafe, giving off a chic and comfortable vibe – from the outside, you might even mistake it for a Starbucks! It definitely caters to a younger crowd.
The communal bathrooms are the real standout. Every shower stall has a dry and wet separation, which is so convenient for changing. There are also vanity areas with hair dryers.
The facilities definitely justify the price. If you're willing to pay a little extra for excellent quality and surroundings, this place is a huge step up from the 30-40 yuan per bed hostels in the area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation, and is surrounded by well-developed subways and buses. The room is heated, making it especially warm in the winter, and air-conditioned in the summer. The sanitation is excellent, the lighting is great, and there's a balcony for drying clothes. The room is ventilated and odor-free. There's plenty of purified drinking water (both hot and cold) and hot water for washing. The owner is welcoming and the check-in process is simple, with prompt notifications of any necessary matters. Takeout is available in the living room, which also has a smoking area where you can sit on the sofa for tea and a short chat. The rooms are well soundproofed, and there's no noise at night. The guests are all very polite and conscientious, creating a harmonious and comfortable atmosphere! Downstairs are Chao Yi Xing and Bao Zi Ke, so you won't have to worry about food and clothing. This is a great choice for studying, working, or traveling. Excellent Youth Hostel is probably the best located youth hostel in Jinan! Excellent Youth Hostel will provide the best service to make you feel at home. Welcome to Shandong!

When I arrived at Youmi Youth Hostel, I saw that it was clean and hygienic! Complete facilities! The environment is great! Especially the store guy's service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic! GGuest UserThe best youth travel ever! The scale is particularly large! The boss is particularly enthusiastic! I sent mineral water and roasted sweet potatoes for us to eat. The environment is clean and tidy, there is 24h hot water for washing, the pillowcase sheets and quilt cover are very thick, the hand feels the most comfortable, the quality is particularly good, the room is soundproofed.

GGuest UserI'm so lucky to stay in this treasure youth hostel in Qufu! As soon as I entered the door, I was healed by the cats in the store. The soft little kittens moved freely in the public area, and from time to time they came over to rub against my trouser legs and ask for a pat, instantly dispelling the fatigue of the journey. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit simple, there is plenty of hot water and all basic needs can be met. The hostel has a great atmosphere, the common areas are decorated in a warm and artistic way, and you can sit and chat with friends from all over the world in the evening. The boss is a very down-to-earth person. He enthusiastically recommended local niche attractions and authentic food, without any tricks at all! The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. I feel the fireworks and human touch of Qufu here. I will stay here again next time I come!

There is also a washing machine which you can do your laundry for free, but not provide drying machine. There is the cat too 👍 the cat lovers are gonna love this place 😍
