The environment here is really nice! I didn't realize the hostel had a restaurant where you could order food. A quick meal with one meat and three veggie dishes for 20 yuan is super friendly for someone like me who really dislikes takeout. There are also red packet (cash prize) raffles in the group chat every day, and the best prize is a free meal! Too bad I only stayed one day and didn't win, maybe next time. The place is clean, and the bathroom is quite tidy. My roommates were all either looking for work in Hangzhou or traveling, and they were all very nice. The rooftop is great, but unfortunately, it's raining today so no sunbathing 🌞. The front desk staff were also very friendly and enthusiastically helped me with my luggage and introduced the hostel's activities. I really like it here!

Stayed here around this time last year and was very satisfied. This year, for the same trip, I chose this place again. It's very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and not far from West Lake Scenic Area and Intime department store. There's a Luckin Coffee right when you exit and turn right, which is incredibly convenient. The environment is even cleaner than last year, and they provided shower gel and shampoo. This time, I even got a free room upgrade, which I was very happy about. The staff are also very enthusiastic.

Two Seasons of Xixi Youth Travel: The Longness of Winter and the Refreshingness of Summer The second time I lived in this Xixi Youth Hostel next to Xixi Wetland, the familiar intimacy when I pushed the door was mixed with the summer breeze. The first time I came was in early January, and I lived for a week. At that time, the warm light of the Youth Hostel was like the small sun in winter. During the day, I always ran to Xixi Wetland, stepped on the thin snow to see the dead branches reflected in the water, and occasionally turned to Hangzhou Botanical Garden to see the pine and cypresses stand upright in the cold wind. In the evening, back to the Youth Hostel, the long table in the public area is full of travelers, sharing stories from all over the place, even the sweet fragrance of hot drinks in the air. This summer came again, and I stayed for a day, but it was extra practical. The room was still clean and the bedding was refreshing with the sun. Soaking in the riverside of Xixi Wetland during the day, watching the lotus leaves squeezed, listening to the cicadas to break the heat, and the quietness of winter. Although the night was a night, the sense of freedom of the Youth Hostel did not change. The public sofa could be in a daze, and the kitchen floated the fragrance of noodles cooked by strange friends. Staying for a long and a short two times, this youth travel has become my stop in Hangzhou, hiding the long winter and the fresh summer, and I will come to make up the story of spring and autumn next time.

It was pretty good! The service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the place was a bit hard to find at first, as it's connected to a bookstore. The hostel itself has a fridge and a microwave, though the microwave takes a little longer to heat things up. Overall, it's quite convenient. The toilet is also pretty smart. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially since it's an easy walk to Lu Xun's Former Residence and Shen Garden.

Please take note that foreigner is not allowed to stay in bunk bed, helpful and responsive host, great location, the negative is sound proof very poor due to the window is kind of hole type, you can clearly hear any sound from outside the room

I chose this hostel for my trip to Hangzhou, and it was an excellent choice! Everyone was right, it's a great place. The environment is fantastic, and it's super close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping is top-notch; the auntie is constantly cleaning, never stopping – it's spotless! The facilities are also complete, with a large communal area. In the evenings, they organize singing sessions, and everyone sings beautifully, especially Duo'er – her voice is heavenly! The service is also wonderful; the front desk staff are very polite and patiently explain and recommend things. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

The World Trade Center is across the river and has a bird's eye view of Yiwu.

This was my second stay here. When checking in, they're supposed to show me to the shoe locker and give me slippers, but they didn't this time. I only realized I didn't have any slippers, and there were none in the shoe locker, when I got back late at night. But the front desk was already closed and unreachable. Even if they didn't have slippers, they should have at least shown me the shoe locker first. The bathroom and shower room cleanliness was just so-so, and the bathroom smelled bad. Ctrip's description stated the front desk was 24-hours, but when I returned at 3 AM, I found someone sleeping in my bed! I couldn't reach the front desk. I ended up finding an empty bed to sleep in. It was a very bizarre experience. There were four beds in the room, but only bed number 3 was labeled. The fact that someone slept in the wrong bed shows that the front desk attendant didn't give clear instructions, and the bed numbers weren't clearly marked. While you could blame the person who slept in the wrong bed, it also reflects some management issues with the hostel itself. And no one would be happy to come back to their hotel at 3 AM and find someone in their bed.

The address in Amap was completely wrong, so I struggled finding the hostel. I had booked it because of the metro being nearby, which was not the case in the end. BUT, this made me a new local friend who showed me the way, so it turned out well. It is situated in the main area, so to get anywhere, you'll walk through the hustle & bustle, but it's in a calm street, so you don't have any noise inside. Some of the staff spoke English or used translation tools, but not all of them. But they were very kind. Also, it was cheaper to extend directly with the hostel and pay them instead of rebooking online. I met some really amazing people in my dorm, which also added to my Hangzhou experience. The WiFi sometimes didn't work so well, but that's just very usual in China I find. They have free (mostly hot) water, and you can also buy water bottles from them.

The front desk brother's service attitude is very good. There is a response. If you have any problems, you will help you solve them. The machine is perfect and the sanitary conditions are good. The location is excellent. It is very comfortable to go shopping at night on the edge of the West Lake. The network is stable. Very good experience, have the opportunity to come again next time
