The rooms are great, very clean, and the common areas are also spotless. They have a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus. It's affordable, has a great vibe, and attracts a lot of young people. Honestly, it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Plus, they have a group chat where you can easily connect with others to hang out!

This hostel was the biggest surprise of my trip! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its unique atmosphere. The common areas are incredibly well-designed, with bookshelves full of travel books and guestbooks. In the evenings, everyone gathers around the projector screen to watch movies, and strangers from all corners of the world quickly become friends.
My four-bed dorm was clean and comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, and drawing the curtain created a completely private little sanctuary. Hot water was available 24 hours a day, with great, stable water pressure, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The attention to detail was impressive: each bunk had its own reading light, USB charging port, and locker.
What truly stood out was the 'human touch.' The guy at the front desk was not only warm and attentive but also a 'walking map.' His hand-drawn guide was full of fantastic, less-crowded spots.
This isn't just a stopover on a journey; it makes solo travel feel warm and gives a welcoming place to land in an unfamiliar city. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends and will absolutely be back!

I think their house is quite convenient in all aspects. There is a shower room on the first floor. The shower room is the kind that separates wet and dry areas. You don't have to worry about your things getting wet. This is quite good and convenient. You can go directly to the room. There is a cabinet inside. It also provides the air conditioner you want. The weather in Hangzhou is quite extreme in summer and winter, so it would be much better if there is air conditioning. I like this more. And it is remote controlled. The remote control is placed on the bay window, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. These are relatively convenient. The details are well done, so I like their home and live in it more. I will come to their home next time. I recommend them. The cabinet is very large, and the items in the cabinet can be placed directly in the cabinet, because suitcases and tire pressure can also be placed. I feel that 24 inches are all OK, and there is a place to charge and a light on the bed.

This place is okay but I had slightly higher expectations to be honest. Cleanliness is alright, they give you a bag with a small towel upon request, both to be returned. Has free water dispensers, toiletries and a microwave. Common areas don't have a vibe but you can prepare and have your food and play video games as everyone else. The biggest common area is to the right side of the reception, which, as per usual, they don't tell you.
There is that Olympic Stadium nearby, but the city center is actually on the other side of the river. From here you will either need to take public transportation or a cab to West Lake or other interesting parts of town. Walking to the light show on the other side of the river bank took more than 1.5 hrs and it is not supposed to be walked.
There are no useful signs on the building but the way to get here is to use the ”hotel entrance” and use the single elevator straight ahead. Do not turn right to use the elevators in the elevator room. If you do, only the very right one brings you to the 5th floor where you will check in. Very confusing and no signs to help you. It also might take a bit until the right elevator arrives.
The shoe rack was inside the room, which resulted in a very smelly room. Guitar with old strings, barely playable. If I came back, I'd rather try out another place.

I would only give it 7 out of 10. The guy at the front desk is very easy to get along with, and he has a cute dog.
The bed was indeed quite soft, but it creaked loudly. Every time I turned over, it would make a noise. When I turned on the air conditioner in the middle of the night, I was so hot that I took off my clothes but it didn't work. Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore and opened the door a little. As shown in the picture, the heat from the air conditioner all ran to this corner. It was really uncomfortable.

I didn't know the hostel was under renovation when I made the reservation. When I arrived, I saw the public areas were a mess. I thought as long as the room and bathroom were clean, it would be acceptable. It's ok if the toilet didn't provide toilet paper. I don't know if it was a clogged toilet or a problem with the personal quality of the guests. They didn't flush the toilet after defecation, which was disgusting 🤮. The only thing that was heartwarming was the corner of the study room, the free drinking water supply, and the fact that everyone came on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year. The laundry and drying services were also good.

This youth hostel experience was fantastic! The vibrant atmosphere enveloped me upon entering the lobby. The colorful graffiti walls and shared tables and chairs were a creative touch. The space was filled with opportunities to chat and engage with friends from all over the world, instantly shattering the sense of familiarity. Although the rooms were shared, the beds came with blackout curtains, charging outlets, and individual lockers, ensuring both privacy and security. The bedding was clean and odor-free, and the bunk bed ladders were non-slip—all thoughtful details. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to team up with my roommates to cook and share meals every night. The location was excellent, with a bus stop and a snack street nearby. The owner was friendly and engaging, and the Werewolf and city hikes he organized were super fun. The value for money was excellent, perfect for solo travelers or students. I'll definitely be back!

It is a youth hostel full of experience. It is not difficult to find that many small details are taken care of to make the guests feel warm, such as the wide stairs to the upper bunk, disposable cushions in the toilet, and each bed has its own room light. The on/off key, and the most considerate thing is the water barrier in the shower room. I have never stayed in any hostel or hotel that provides the above facilities at the same time. As for the study room and music restaurant downstairs, they are also unique. They are overflowing with literary and artistic style. The study room even provides Japanese comics. The lady at the front desk also explained it very politely and patiently. Surprisingly, she also provided soy milk for breakfast, which was delicious. I really want to savor it carefully next time I come back, and I look forward to seeing you again!

The room was very clean and there was no one to disturb us every day. I have stayed here four or five times. The front desk was also very enthusiastic and there was no negative emotion when I asked him for help.

I stayed here for several days and actually forgot to take pictures of the interior. Overall it's really nice. I chose this place because the living room is spacious. Unlike other youth hostels with small living rooms, they are full when just a few people sit, making it inconvenient to eat. This hall is relatively large. There are several large and small tables behind the right wall in Figure 2. The decoration style is also very nice. The floors and walls in the room are very clean, the mattress is also OK, and it doesn't squeak when you turn over. The curtains have good blackout properties, and Da Huang is also very cute. This place seems to have been newly opened not long ago, so the environment is really good, really clean and hygienic, and it's very close to the subway entrance and shopping mall. There is also the Hangzhou Little Red Car downstairs, which makes travel very convenient and really good. Most of the people staying here are young people, and I have made a few friends. I really recommend it. It seems there is also WiFi. #cost-effective

Very Good
EEnderSlideWhat an awesome camp,
each night, there is an event organized such as games, expeditions…
Their are lockers to keep your belongings in, but we feel very safe even if you left everything on your bed
This is very huge and you can make friends of your age easily as long if you want (and if you are young enough)
You can order *******, there is a pick up place inside the youth hostel, or buy snacks or utility stuff at the end of the corridor.
There is only one electrical plug in your bed but there are many on the rooftop where everyone goes to play the evening.
I spent 3 good nights out there.
DDafengqixiThis stay was incredibly pleasant! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for both public transport and getting to West Lake. The interior is elegant and spotless, with tasteful decor. The cleanliness was reassuring; the room was pristine and odor-free, and the bedding was comfortable. The biggest bonus was the Haidilao Hot Pot right next door – perfect for a late-night snack or gathering! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great value for money. Highly recommended.
SSeraphineNoelleThe address in Amap was completely wrong, so I struggled finding the hostel. I had booked it because of the metro being nearby, which was not the case in the end. BUT, this made me a new local friend who showed me the way, so it turned out well.
It is situated in the main area, so to get anywhere, you'll walk through the hustle & bustle, but it's in a calm street, so you don't have any noise inside.
Some of the staff spoke English or used translation tools, but not all of them. But they were very kind. Also, it was cheaper to extend directly with the hostel and pay them instead of rebooking online.
I met some really amazing people in my dorm, which also added to my Hangzhou experience.
The WiFi sometimes didn't work so well, but that's just very usual in China I find.
They have free (mostly hot) water, and you can also buy water bottles from them.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe first time I tried the youth hostel, I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the environment clean and comfortable, but the atmosphere created by the boss was also very good. As soon as I arrived at the store, the owner introduced the attractions, helped plan the itinerary, and recommended the restaurant, which was really delicious 😋. Organizing to watch a movie at night, the big screen is very feeling, the two little sisters of the boss's family are so cute, and they sit around and share their feelings after the movie is over, a novel and interesting experience. I also want to thank the boss for helping us complete the interview homework. Borrowing the feeling brought by movie sharing, although the algorithm will affect the work of the Youth Hostel to a certain extent, but to believe that this sincere and warm emotion will definitely get a late return in the future, I wish the boss business is getting better and better 🥳

MM866974****The environment is great, very clean, and the decor has a European style. The lobby is bright and the front desk staff are welcoming with a great attitude. The attention to detail in the design is especially thoughtful. They also offer luggage storage, which is very convenient.
