Great hotel with a lot of history to it, and as such a very nice place to stay at. Friendly and approachable staff. Unfortunately, I had booked two rooms without adequate facilities; one room did not have hot water and the other had a malfunctioning shower. Could have been bad luck, and I suspect the hotel management to be able to fix this issue.

Nice student hostel. Convenient location for lectures in the campus. The kitchen has some kitchenware available.

I lived in the town before and used this pub only stayed 1 night food and beer excellent and all staff very friendly it's in the best location if I am ever in Chelmsford again would be my first place to call on

Beautiful place and Lovley quiet suite ! Amazing dinner and full breakfast Beautiful surroundings and very attentive and friendly staff ! We will be back and hopefully maybe a wedding ! Thankyou

The hotel is very njice a reward. The lkxation is from.the station a taxu or a bus . A hotel.aervice busses for this area . The polution leverls are falling rapiduly and helping the staff stay.qirh tje plans ia to uae feet cover s i have golashes palatix then off my boota and on theae over my socks.. or slippers or a hosue shoe ..like a indoor trainers or shoe fpr sports. The carpest are tp be kept but if the customera kwpw tjis bargin the staff can have many many pther taaka compelted within health and safety.
