"The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient.
Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable.
Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!"

GGuest UserFantastic value for money. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom new and fresh too. Food was also excellent value and the pub quiz on Thursday was fantastic. Staff all friendly, welcoming and chatty. Couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserThis hotel is recommended by a local tour guide. The appearance looks inconspicuous. After entering, it is a hotel with a very miniature facility. The hotel lobby is like a living room, which also meets the style of Shakespeare's town. There is a famous saying of Shakespeare's works at the door of each room. Very interesting, The room is small, the facilities are retro, but very clean, the hotel is sitting on the central street of the town, behind is Shakespeare's birthplace, the town itself is not very big, the distance can be reached within walking distance, the most relaxed city in the whole trip, breakfast is cold buffet, Hot food, choose the main dish, pay attention to the coffee is a single charge, this is a little different from other hotel breakfast
GGuest UserThe location was really good. The staff were super friendly. It was in an excellent location to walk to Kenilworth High Street. There were also two other pubs and wine bars in close proximity.
JJohnny Good TimesQuite a spacious room with easy access to everything. Bathroom was very fancy and clean! Short trip to the bar and restaurant, and everything was more than satisfactory.
GGuest UserExcellent location

Very quirky little place
Good value for money.
Great pub food and breakfast options.
Only issue is the TV didn't work.
NNeilJThis hotel is a hidden gem! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast they served each morning - it was a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended!
KKellywryOn the first day of check-in, a room fan was broken, a room light was broken, and several rooms were changed that night. The stay experience was very poor! However, the two beautiful women in the hotel had a better attitude. The next day, they changed the room and calmed our anger. Ctrip's follow-up was also timely and refunded the room rate for one night.
