Hostel is centrally located, just a few minutes away from the Dawson light rail (LUAS) station. Nearest supermarket is around 10 minutes walk away. It can get quite noisy into the wee hours due to drinking area nearby… there are also lockers below each bunk bed and power + USB charging points.

Great experience staying here. Facilities are new, the self check in and check out is easy (for those tech savvy people, it’s a savoury that I don’t have to wait in line). Great bar and food options, comfortable bed. Usual downfalls like snoring roommates but that’s what you would expect to share rooms. The individual curtains are great, just a slightly too short and the windows can be bright. Noise level is ok, if you are sensitive to noise, make sure to get a room away from the street or bring your ear plug. Breakfast can sound expensive (10-11 euro depending on when you book) but for the price in Dublin and the convenience, it’s a good value. They have basic things like (very basic) filter coffee, tea, orange juice, cold cut meat, cheese, slice bread, apple, fruit salad, Coleslaw, pasta salad, cucumber, tomato, beans, sausage, hash brown, scrambled egg.

Great location and super comfy beds. Free water and access to fridge and clean kitchen/dining area. However there are only 3 toilets and showers for the whole hostel. There are also no charging ports that work within the pods. Pods also got quite hot and stuffy. You can rent a locker for €20 which is fully refundable, and isn't huge but convenient.

Great beds, great shower. Quite clean.
The room itself was quiet but there are no shared spaces. Its a huge hotel like a tourist factory.
The quiet room is not adapted to the number of travelers. Cold barely any plugs. Theres a kettle but no access to water.
Towels and everything beside the bed linen is extra

Good location, easy to walk around and good food places across the street. The pillows and showers were not something to be excited about. For the price it's alright.

Really helpful and understandable staff. Gave me a hand with the heavy luggage upstairs. Though the Trip booking made a mistake, the staff gave me a well welcome, especially in the late night arriving. By the way, the shelf by the bunk do need to be cleaned since it was with lots of dust.

Pretty good for a youth hostel, clean bedspreads, quilt covers and pillow covers on the bed, make your own. Girls from all over the world are very conscious, the bathroom is clean, and the bar downstairs is noisy until 13:00 in the morning, which has no impact on my good sleep.

GGuest UserBlack mold in the shower and very responsive room. Not very good ventilation at all in the room BUT it was cozy at the same time. Shower, toilet and a bed. All the things you need for a trip to the capital. Kennedys served a banger of a burger and a very nice Guinness.
