Случайно попали в этот отель, который оказался при студенческом кампусе. То есть часть здания это номера отеля, вторая часть - капмус студентов. Начну с местоположения, находится в 2-3км от центра Модены, пешком идти не желательно, не очень благополучный район по пути. Вокруг отеля большая бесплатная парковка. Само здание современныое, внутри стильный современный ремонт. Номера также современные, новые и чистые. Есть все необходимое. На завтраке было все минимально необходимое и все достаточно вкусное В здании есть: прачечная , тренажерный зал, игровая зона, общая большая кухня, где вечером много студентов, а соответственно весело. Мы отлично провели время, обязательнозаедем еще!

Really like the vibes. But during our stay, there’s a party and we can still hear the sound at 11. The hair dryer can only use for 40 secs, then it will stop working for around 3 mins. AC is totally not working. Surrounding is really beautiful though. I like staying downstairs and just relax.

This place felt really good. There were four of us, which wasn't too many, and we were out during the day and only returned at night. There's a supermarket nearby, and getting around was convenient. There's also an Italian pasta restaurant nearby that looked really nice, private, and very local, but Bologna's food scene was just too amazing, so we left before we had a chance to try it.

The hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket. Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds. The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed. There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation. At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

The room is small, but there is a balcony, the outside view is good; breakfast is 5 euros; slippers have to bring their own; a total of the third floor, no elevator; not far from the beach. Choose on demand.

Good location! The hotel reception is very warm! The boss also personally serves! Also help me print the boarding pass for free! Breakfast is very rich! There is yogurt! Son tornato per la seconda volta. Mi piace la struttura, l'ambiente e l'energia che si respira in questo ostello. Bella l'idea della pasta offerta alcune sere. Ottima la serata BBQ con prezzo di 7 euro per il panino. Se hai anche bisogno di un ombrellone per la spiaggia libera lo puoi prendere in prestito gratuitamente.

During this holiday, I booked a very affordable youth travel. The multi-person room was very clean and refreshing. There were three shared bathrooms with showers. The check-in brother is also very responsible and helps store the luggage.
