The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Yinchuan Macrolink Regent Hotel for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

The hotel is strategically located in the administrative center of Yinchuan, next to the Ningxia Museum. There is a free underground garage for parking. Just report your license plate number to the front desk. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is warm. When the weather was hot, I called the hotel and asked for two bottles of water, which were delivered immediately. From the window, you can see the city view of Yinchuan and the Helan Mountains in the distance. Overall, I am very satisfied!
