"Originally check in time is 4pm, because we were checked out at other hotel, we would like to keep bag in the hotel first, BUT the staff let me EARLY check in. Highly appreciated. No drinking water supply, Wi-fi sucks. the strong signal is at corridor.... Hot water for bathing is very good~"

"The hotel boasts an excellent downtown location, perfect for shopping and close to major attractions with convenient transportation. The service was superb. We didn't have our credit card, and a staff member went above and beyond, using his personal credit card to resolve the deposit issue and help us complete the check-in process smoothly. We are truly grateful for his incredible help! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago."

The day before, a hotel next door with the same price had unstable voltage when a hair dryer was plugged in. The price is several hundred yuan more expensive than the same five-star hotel. "The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle."

"I stayed here one night for a concert The room was ok, nothing special for the price. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and showed me to my room. However, checkout is stated at 11am. Ten minutes before checkout, the staff was banging at my door rushing me to get out because the next guest was already there. In all other experiences, when I arrive at a hotel early before check-in, they don’t go rush to kick the guest out of my room before their designated checkout time. I drop my bags off and enjoy whatever place I’m visiting and go to my room later. I don’t see why this was necessary and put a sour end to my stay."

"Excellent hotel.  Very clean rooms & nice shower & excellent bed & pillows. Really enjoyed the river view with the sit in window pillow cushion, that was fantastic! The 24/7 krave station was very impressive with the coffee machine that made many different types of coffee drinks & there was a popcorn dispenser too. Very enjoyable stay at the L7 Chicago!"

"The hotel is in a good location but expensive. You can stay in a top five-star hotel in China for this price, but this is just an ordinary four-star hotel on the street. Trump Tower is across the street. It takes about 1 km to go to Millennium Park or the Art Museum of Chicago. The Chicago River is across the street, which is perfect for running and strolling. There is no restaurant of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is served in a bar and restaurant next to it. I didn't try it. It is convenient, but people outside eat together. It is not convenient to take a taxi, especially Uber. It is estimated that it will take a long time to go one way even if it is nearby."
