The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. Overall, it's quiet and safe with thoughtful service, making it perfect for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Chicago!

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. The hotel is located right in the city center, with a subway station just outside the entrance. A big bonus is the large supermarket right next door (as shown in the picture), which has everything you could possibly need, from groceries to daily necessities.

The room environment is good and very clean The hotel has a very standard and classic free breakfast, coffee latte bergamot scrambled eggs bacon, etc. It’s cold. The front desk will also provide apple juice. The service is good. The front desk can store the suitcase for free. And the location is excellent. It is very convenient to go anywhere around! Good quality and cheap

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

The room was incredibly spacious, more like a suite. As soon as you walked in, there was a sofa, dining table, and TV, like a small living room. Further inside, there was a separate bathroom with a wet/dry area. Across from that, there was a dedicated wet bar area with a microwave and refrigerator. The innermost part was the bedroom, which also had another TV. While I probably wouldn't turn them on much, it's definitely worth mentioning that the room has two TVs. The location is very convenient, with a famous deep-dish pizza place right downstairs (though I personally didn't find it tasty). The hotel gym is also very well-equipped. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but that's typical for most hotels in the US.

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

The location is convenient and easy to find. The subway distance is 10 minutes. The surrounding breakfast and dinner are very close. The famous deep-dish pizza is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Store Messi and Apple, you can take the bus and walk, the hotel front desk and the consulting service are separated, very convenient! Overall good! Will choose next time!

lobby is on the 2nd floor, check in was a breeze, no need to see the passport .. just gave me the key and we were set to go we stayed for 4 nights, but there was no Cleaning done.. i have to request for an extra towel since we are 4 in a room and they only provided for 2. we run out of body soap in the next day and had to pick it up in the lobby , and no one came to install it .. so we just put it in the corner.. not on the wall location was good, easy to get into public transport , if not too sensitive its a walking distance to the magnificent mile.. gym was Ok , laundry service is 3$ each cycle.. and you need to install an app to pay... and you can't load exact amount so if you are going to do a single laundry just use the credit card you pay 3.25 though, but you only pay for what you use.. apple pay or tap to pay not working.. so bring your CC with you, another thing, if you use the app, it will let you know if the laundry is done.. but some people still don't come down to remove their clothes to need to ask the lobby to take it out and put in the rack provided breakfast was nothing special., if you wake up late many people already and hard to find a table, and the refill is not too fast.. only a handful of variety for the food. coffee and tea are available the whole day as long as its not yet depleted..

It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!
