Second time we’ve stayed here, rooms need updating as some are better than others but all in all a great stay…pool is nice and the staff are lovely

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel. We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change. The hotel's design is truly magnificent, and we enjoyed exploring the grounds. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A lovely, relaxing stay.

It's a resort-style, family-friendly setting with helpful staff. However, the room and facilities felt quite dated. We stayed on the top floor, where a drainage issue in the bathroom made showering difficult.
On the bright side, there’s a nearby mall with a supermarket and a wide range of dining options - La Brioche is highly recommended.

This resort features with all villa setup (each villa in 3 storey design). The first problem is the main entrance where there is a side door of garbage room next to it. I can clearly smell the garbage odour and see the juice when I enter the stairway. My apartment is at the top so when I walked up the stairway I needed to keep my breath. The next problem is about the main bedroom toilet. When I open the door another strong odour smell coming from the drainage. Obviously it was because the U or P traps are running out of water. We quickly poured all holds up and stop using the toilet fans for a while. We tried to ask for changing in the next day. But the resort was fully booked (which is very interesting).

Hospitable, professional & friendly staff especially reception staff. Nice n clean pool. Lot of variety of restaurants & activities. We enjoyed Eid day a lot. Specials thanks to Andalus al seef & team.
