"1. When I entered the restaurant, there were still open glass beer bottles in the refrigerator.
2. Five days into my stay, I reminded them but they didn’t take it.
3. I am not very willing to answer customer service calls. I often can't be contacted when I need something.

"This is a very old hotel with well-maintained facilities. The most important thing is that there is a Christmas market and an ice skating rink downstairs, which the children love very much. The taste and service of the restaurant in the market are very good. The Christmas atmosphere is very good. The hotel is next to the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for replenishing snacks and fruits. It is just that you need to take a detour to get a taxi to Antwerp Central Station. "Spotlessly clean and just a couple of steps from the station. Parking was a bit pricey, and the hotel's vague instructions led me to pay 51 Euros, which was triple the actual parking fee. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the room was very spacious by European standards. Both twin beds were also very large."

"We have booked one night. Location was good. Very nice hotel, clean modern room with nice view. Swimming pool/sauna facilities such as towel etc were good. Parking was free. We will definitely come back.
Tip (minus): sometimes it is useful to have a fan in winter for guests who want to use it. It was just a little too warm in the room even though the air conditioning was set to 18."

"When booking a room on Ctrip, I saw a small room label and no specific area. After some hesitation, I decided to book it because I was only staying for one night. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The room was tall, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a 10-minute walk from the flixbus station and the central station, and about a 17-minute walk from the main attractions in the city center. I asked the front desk girl to recommend a restaurant, where I had delicious Belgian beer beef. The stay was very good."

"Super stylish hostel. Loved the large lobby where you could get work done with good music. The free coffee was great.
The rooms were clean and secure. Slept very comfortably.
Suggestions:
Upgrade the gym equipment. Some of the machines don’t work and some of the weights don’t fit the dumbbells. Even a pair of adjustable dumbbells would be a huge upgrade.
I understand the lobby closes at 11, but it would be nice to simply close the service but allow the space to be used for late night work."

"A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!"

TToguI recently stayed at A-STAY Antwerp and had a positive overall experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located very close to Antwerp Central Station, which made getting around the city easy. My room was comfortable and well-designed, with smart controls, good Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. The communal spaces, including the lobby and co-working areas, were inviting and practical for both work and relaxation.
Overall, I would recommend A-STAY Antwerp to travelers looking for a modern, no-fuss, and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city, especially if you want to be close to Antwerp Central Station.

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

The room is small, dusty, smell bad when we arrived.
We find out the dust everywhere when the light is on. It is easily to see it flew whole room.
The toilet smell is so strong when we opened the room door, no matter how many times we flush the toilet. The smell is continuously coming out. There is no air circulation in the toilet.

RRACUFor its price what it offers are very good. The only thing one needs to be aware of is the noise midnight till early in the morning—loud talking, shouting, sometimes even quarreling. Apparently hobos congregate in the area at late night till dawn, so better be careful if going out at late night.

CCindyThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel.
The room was spacious.
Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black.
It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

GGuest UserGreat hotel. Service was good. Location for the money also fine. Nice that you can park at the hotel. Only the hygiene was a bit disappointing. The shower head of the hand shower had not been cleaned for a while and the sewer smell that came from the bathroom was also not really pleasant.
