"We had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby.
Our junior suite was spacious, and the large sofa made the room feel especially comfortable. The huge shower was another highlight, but the real standout was the memory foam mattress. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and made the stay feel quite special.
The room rate itself was attractive, although several extras were charged separately. Parking and breakfast are understandable, but €2 for a capsule of rather average coffee felt excessive. I am not saying Starbucks serves exceptional coffee, but at least it is a recognised brand. Charging €7 to use the pool was also unusual, although it was at least available for guests who wanted it.
Overall, this was still a five-star experience for us. The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable."

"Excellent location, minutes away from the city centre. The hotel is well-designed, staffs are friendly and incredibly helpful. Room is well-equipped, very spacious and has a high ceiling. It also has large windows which let in plenty of sunlight. Bed and mattress are comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably-sized, and has all the things one needs. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. The room is soundproof from the street noise, but not from the hallway, so the door-closing noise from the next room can be loud enough to wake one’s up in the morning. The room is largely clean, but the shower curtain needs more frequent washing. All and all, it was an excellent stay."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, with a bus station right next to it. The value for money is decent. It's a convenient 3-minute walk to the central district. However, being so close to the train station, the area can feel a bit crowded and mixed with different types of people. The strong smell of cleaning products was quite pungent and unpleasant."

"This hotel is very old and run-down. There's a strong smell coming from the bathroom. The first room we were given, when we opened the door, there were suitcases and men's shoes inside, but no one was there. We were very shocked and asked to change to a second room. When we opened the second room, the bathroom smell hit us with a very strong odor. The third room we got was very cramped. If possible, you should choose a different hotel."

"Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful.
Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities.
We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms.
Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality.
Overall a great experience in the dead heart of Antwerp old city."

"Warm welcome from the receptionist and given a clean, nice room facing The Opera. Location was perfect, near Central Station and the shopping street that take you right to historic centre.
Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired though.

"The view from the window was nice, and the room was a comfortable size. The bathroom was clean, with good water temperature and pressure. The only minor issue was that the hallway lights are motion-activated and sometimes a bit slow to respond. (Some photos are a bit blurry because they're screenshots from a video.)"

AAnonymous UserReally like this serviced apartment a lot, with a nice aesthetic design. Room was large enough for me (1 bed apartment with sofa, apparently the sofa is given as a room upgrade over the room type I booked so it can be a little misleading when booking). I stayed at Quellin Apartment block so it requires a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but the apartments in Quellin seem to be larger than the ones in the Frankrijklel block. Having heavy lugagge will not be convenient if staying in Quellin block, given there are steps between both blocks and the wheelchair lift has yet to be repaired. Towels, tea/coffee and toilet rolls are free to take from Level 1 Essentials room. If you can’t remember your PIN code, you can use the Numa app to open the entrance and room doors, just that the PIN code is still required for the lifts. It will be more ideal if room slippers are provided. Overall, I had a comfortable stay especially given it is near many supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo; while Lidl is just downstairs), steps away from Opera underground tram station, walkable to Antwerpen-Centraal Station, and walkable to Groenplaats.

GGuest UserGreat location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming service on our check-out day.

GGuest UserVery close to Antwerp Central Station. If you take the south exit and walk south for about a minute, you'll see the hotel across the street. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge and a kettle, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the seam in the middle was uneven. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the city center, and there's a Metro (which is actually a tram) under the train station that goes to the city center.

The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good!
I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can.

AAnonymous UserI really liked this hotel; it absolutely met my expectations. The (small) gym was a definite bonus for me, especially since I didn't even know it was there when I booked! Ultimately, for my specific trip, the hotel's location was slightly less convenient than another option I had in mind, but certainly not bad at all – just in comparison. This also had to do with having to change my transport to Antwerp at the last minute, which had nothing at all to do with the hotel, but rather with the trains from Rotterdam.

TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

GGuest UserThe hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants nearby.

SSuper FurryAppartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed.
NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door.
I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

GGuest UserWij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.
