"First of all, it must be certain that the scenery and location are really nice. The cooking desk provides tableware, cooking oil, salt and pepper, but because the cooking desk and the room are connected, the air in the room is not very good after 4 days of living. Room service needs you to email to make an appointment. If you don’t call, The room will not be cleaned every day. B&B inn, self-check-in, no front desk, self-service card, the last day at 11 noon card automatically invalidated, can not open the door."

"This hotel apartment is opposite the Hilton Queenstown. The 604 four-bedroom apartment we booked has a lake view and a balcony, but the living room is a little small. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with a built-in bathroom. The other three bedrooms are on the next floor, a master bedroom with a large bed and bathroom, and two twin rooms with shared bathrooms. The kitchen facilities are basically all there, but there is a lack of non-stick pans and a good cooking pan. There is only one frying pan, which can barely cook some meals. The total area of the second floor is about 150 square meters, which can be called a comfortable four-bedroom apartment. It is quite good and recommended."

"The location of the Koura apartments is fantastic being only about 450 metres from the main Queenstown area.
Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for our travelling group.
Management were very responsive to our requests.
Some of the furniture / kitchen utensils are getting a bit tired, but given the location, abilities and responsive management, this accommodation is highly recommended."

Amazing
MMoodyMerryStayed at Quest Queenstown with my best friend and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed—comfy beds, a small kitchen, and even laundry facilities. It was a cozy and relaxing space to come back to after a day of adventures.
One of the best parts was how convenient the location was. The Orbus stop was just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Queenstown CBD and the airport without needing a car. Perfect for travellers!
The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. We also had a stunning view of the mountains right from our room.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected stay in Queenstown. Would definitely come back!
GGuest UserFantastic self contained accommodation, the space was large with a sofa, dining room table and fully fitted kitchen. The apartment also included washing machine and tumble dryer which was welcomed! The bed was comfortable and there were thick curtains to create a dark and quiet night sleep! Parking is on the streets around the accommodation, the accommodation is at the top of a steep hill but offers wonderful views over the lake! Will stay again if we return to Queenstown!
GGuest UserClean and tidy, with a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, convenient transportation, the No. 1 airport bus arrives nearby, and the pier can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. I stayed here for three nights, highly recommended.
GGuest UserIt was beyond my expectation. It was so beautiful. It faced the huge lake in Queenstown. The facilities were very good, including dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, bedding, and the view. Most importantly, the price was much better than those hotels with direct beach access.
GGuest UserThe room is very good, very close to the city center, very clean, with comprehensive facilities, cooking, good front desk service, parking space, and a supermarket nearby, very suitable for family outings.
Ssuki_zhuangThe hotel's breakfast times are very strict. Five families stayed here, and one of them arrived for breakfast at 10 AM only to be denied entry. This meant we missed out on the pre-paid breakfast, which was a significant loss. I would not recommend the breakfast at this hotel; it's much better to head to the city center for some bread and milk, as the hotel's breakfast is truly mediocre. It was, in fact, the worst breakfast I've had during my 15 days in New Zealand.
The hotel itself is pleasant, and its location isn't too far from the city center, which would be acceptable if you're not traveling with kids. However, for us, with children, it was genuinely tiring because parking in the city center is neither convenient nor cheap.
While the hotel's overall environment and cleanliness were good, one minor inconvenience was the old-fashioned, fixed showerhead that couldn't be detached. All in all, this hotel is not very convenient for families with young children.
GGuest UserSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!
GGuest UserI went here on the recommendation of others during the Spring Festival. The front desk can speak a little Chinese and he should be Chinese. Unfortunately, he was not assigned to a room upstairs. It was lonely for the same price. The door is right next to the road. If you want to book later, be sure to make a note. Need a room on a high floor. Parking is not free. If your car is still in the garage after 11 o'clock at night, you will be charged a parking fee of $24 (you can park for free during the day), but the garage is very small and cannot park many cars. The facilities are relatively old but the hygiene is OK. Both rooms have bathrooms, which is great
GGuest UserThis is a hotel run by Indians. Disadvantages are general hygiene, carpets and toilets are not carefully cleaned, and the tables and chairs on the balcony are all gray, not for people to sit at all.
The advantages are large, the living room is very large, the bedroom is also very large, and two bathrooms. Suitable for two to three families together.
GGuest UserGoing out from the side door is the downtown area of Queenstown, which is very convenient. And the location is at the entrance to Queenstown, so you don't have to go through the urban traffic jam to go to the airport or Arrow town. There is nothing to say about the location.
The disadvantage is that there are kitchen and tableware but no pepper, salt and salad oil. I asked the counter and the reply was to go to the supermarket to buy it by myself. Also the oven in the room was malfunctioning and couldn't be used.
The service attitude is good. It was very hot on the day we arrived, but the hotels and apartments in Queenstown have no air-conditioning, only electric fans (super noisy), and there is only one, so I asked by phone to borrow another fan, and I was very polite. Look inside the counter (the counter is closed).
Considering the overall location and cp value is very good, but it would be better if the equipment can be strengthened.
