"Stayed for four nights, it was great, it was the best memory of the trip, the villa was big, clean, fully equipped, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom appliances are all high-end. The lake view is also very beautiful, you can see different views in different weather, the price-performance ratio is very high, very enjoyable. It may take about 20 minutes to walk to the town. Before leaving, we got the enthusiastic and patient help of Ms. Alana, who helped us retrieve the lost items, thank you very much. Highly recommended."

"My family loved this accommodation. We especially love its proximity to the town centre. We do not need to drive to the town centre, thereby saving us the hassle of finding a car park lot for our rental car.
Our unit comes with 2 twin beds, which is ideal for my two growing kids. The bedrooms are predominantly white theme, which is what we absolutely love.
The bathrooms are very clean and hotel like.
We like the washer and dryer too. We would have hope for a unit with a better view, though we do get to see mountains when we look up.
All I can say is that we love it!"

"The hotel's breakfast times are very strict. Five families stayed here, and one of them arrived for breakfast at 10 AM only to be denied entry. This meant we missed out on the pre-paid breakfast, which was a significant loss. I would not recommend the breakfast at this hotel; it's much better to head to the city center for some bread and milk, as the hotel's breakfast is truly mediocre. It was, in fact, the worst breakfast I've had during my 15 days in New Zealand.
The hotel itself is pleasant, and its location isn't too far from the city center, which would be acceptable if you're not traveling with kids. However, for us, with children, it was genuinely tiring because parking in the city center is neither convenient nor cheap.
While the hotel's overall environment and cleanliness were good, one minor inconvenience was the old-fashioned, fixed showerhead that couldn't be detached. All in all, this hotel is not very convenient for families with young children."

"The hotel was almost walkable from the airport. We arrived early Saturday morning and enjoyed the market right over the road. As we were early to the hotel we got our instructions and returned later, lovely receptionist.
We did not eat at the hotel but there is a cafe on the ground level which closes around 2.30 but the smell from fresh bakery and coffee was pretty good.
Self catering was good with basics. We had a faulty fridge and had just bought supplies but the hotel, although almost time for staff to leave, found us another room with an upgrade. If you are a fussy camper, you could say fittings in bathroom were ”cheap” and scuff marks on walls (all white so they show more) but it was perfect for us. Overlooking building sites and other buildings but just look up and there are the mountains in their splendour.l Cost was reasonable and as parking is pricy in Queenstown it was good to get free parking at the hotel."

"This Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook.
A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake.
The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am."

"First of all, it must be certain that the scenery and location are really nice. The cooking desk provides tableware, cooking oil, salt and pepper, but because the cooking desk and the room are connected, the air in the room is not very good after 4 days of living. Room service needs you to email to make an appointment. If you don’t call, The room will not be cleaned every day. B&B inn, self-check-in, no front desk, self-service card, the last day at 11 noon card automatically invalidated, can not open the door."

"I went here on the recommendation of others during the Spring Festival. The front desk can speak a little Chinese and he should be Chinese. Unfortunately, he was not assigned to a room upstairs. It was lonely for the same price. The door is right next to the road. If you want to book later, be sure to make a note. Need a room on a high floor. Parking is not free. If your car is still in the garage after 11 o'clock at night, you will be charged a parking fee of $24 (you can park for free during the day), but the garage is very small and cannot park many cars. The facilities are relatively old but the hygiene is OK. Both rooms have bathrooms, which is great"

GGuest UserIt's extremely convenient, as Queenstown's central area is all within walking distance. The breakfast juice was also very refreshing. Parking costs 25 per day. I noticed a lot of cars parked on the street, and I wasn't sure if those spots were paid parking.

CCharm-Pros: the hotel room was really clean and spacious
Location was good, really near the main shops area
Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite.
Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card.
Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers.
Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

GGuest UserIt was beyond my expectation. It was so beautiful. It faced the huge lake in Queenstown. The facilities were very good, including dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, bedding, and the view. Most importantly, the price was much better than those hotels with direct beach access.

YYoyo CHThis is my second time booking this place. Definitely my first choice when coming to Queenstown. It’s close to Queenstown airport in Frankly, 20min drive from the busy and crowded Queenstown.
Restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance (1-1.5km, though you wouldn’t want to walk in freezing weather).
The rooms overlooking the mountains have superb view.
Hotel parking lots are limited.

YYA FANGI won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager,but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact.It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!!
We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception,they said they couldn’t find my booking again,and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!

LLandersMercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow…

HHuiMinOne of the best stays one can have! The accommodation is situated right next to the lake, so there is a superb view of the mountain and lake the moment you open the window blinds. You can take a walk from the accommodation down to the lake and the path connects to the city centre an easy 15 to 20 mins walk away. The accommodation is clean and spacious with washer and dryer within the apartment itself, making it really convenient for us. Although there was renovation ongoing, there wasn't really any great inconvenience other than the steep slope going down to the reception. The accommodation also provided complimentary shuttle to the city centre at given schedule, but it is also easily reachable by public transport. I would love to stay here again the next time I am back in Queenstown.

Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.

JJonathanA really good hotel with fantastic staff , who are very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful.
The dinner is fantastic especially the lamb and catch of the day . The facilities are good with a nice jacuzzi and pool and a gym (with old equipment ). The hotel is great but their payment and online system is too old and slow and causes lots of issues and chaos for the staff . A hotel that is fantastic but just needs to modernise a bit more.
