I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

The facilities are quite old, and my overall experience was just average. I stayed in a Moon Reflection Building room with a private pool. Initially, the balcony lock in my first room was broken, so I was moved to another. Later, I discovered that the light in the outdoor hot tub was out at night. I contacted staff, who came to check, but informed me that all lights turn on and off centrally, and they couldn't control individual lights. So, essentially, the light was broken. It was pitch black at night, making it impossible to use the hot tub in the room.
## Cleanliness:
Cleanliness was decent; I didn't find anything particularly dirty or problematic.
## Service:
The service was okay, and response times were quite fast. Staff helped clean the private hot tub, changed my room, came to check the lights, and delivered mugwort sachets for bathing – all done quickly. However, the old facilities significantly detracted from the experience. I specifically booked this room for the private hot tub, but with no light at night, it was too dark to use it."

"It's a seaside hotel with the beach right outside the back door, but it takes 5 minutes to walk from the room to the beach through the back garden. The hotel swimming pool is not good. I don't know if it's because of its age, but the water doesn't seem very clean and not many people go in to swim. The beach has fine sand, but there is a lot of garbage. The sea water is full of garbage, and the water is turbid and there are no waves. The laundry room is very good, with satisfactory facilities."

"Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony.

Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out.
Environment: It's quite secluded and quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, because it's so remote, there are no delivery services nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel.
Service: The service was good. The front desk patiently resolved the issue and offered fruit as compensation."

The disinfectant sprayed by the hotel smells a bit strong, and the balcony is semi-enclosed, resulting in poor vision and light."

The manager was super friendly and chatty; he even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He gave us tons of great recommendations for local places to eat. The front desk lady even saved some sweet soup for us in the evenings. The room was extremely quiet, no outside noise at all, so I slept wonderfully.

Wyndham Hotels in the United States, one of the world's largest hotel groups with 43 years of history, also has one in Xinyi and is ranked first in luxury hotels on the Trip.com platform, so I deliberately went to experience the stay. The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed.
The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant.
The hotel's hardware is first-class, impressive and first-class service. The front desk staff Chen Enmei and Li Yanshan are polite and courteous, and they are never tired of asking questions, making people feel at home. Say to them again: thank you

I requested to book a hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I felt that it was very worthwhile to stay. The hotel has a sense of design. The room is big enough and the cleanliness is decent. The bed in the big bed room is also 2 meters. It is suitable for our family of three. The price includes breakfast on the reservation platform, but the front desk staff at the store takes breakfast as a welfare gift. There is no connection and attractions to give away tickets, and they insist that the platform is wrong with their negotiation. The experience is not as good as 25 years, and I hope that with the development of the town, more and more projects will be fully equipped.

I had planned to visit in April, hoping for fewer crowds and pleasant weather. However, it seemed there were too few visitors, as many attractions were closed. The hotel restaurant was still serving its Chinese New Year menu, which was disappointingly bad. It felt like such a waste of a great beachfront location.

As soon as we checked in, we felt very good service. The hotel staff served us warmly and thoughtfully with smiles.
