"Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony.

The hotel is in a local manor, the environment is very good, Changsha to Hainan halfway to the hotel, the location is just right, the high speed does not need to detour, the price is super high. The first time in the off-season, it is said that you can't check in before 12 o'clock, and guests are required to check in after 12 o'clock. (There were 5 cars parked in the parking lot at that time) If you have to stay on the first floor, there are weeds outside the first floor. Fortunately, we didn't rush to stay, so we went to an attraction first. Feedback to Trip.com customer service, and the quilt was sent to the room soon. Holiday hotels can increase prices, and the service should keep up.
