After completing the formalities, they didn't proactively guide us to the elevator for our room or inform us of the breakfast times. They just coldly finished the process and handed us the room cards. After dinner, when I asked a staff member at the entrance for directions to the children's play area, they also didn't know. The overall service just felt disconnected from the hotel's caliber. The evening fireworks show was a plus and the only thing that left a lasting impression. I hope the hotel seriously considers this feedback, strengthens training, and focuses on talent acquisition. I wish for it to improve, and hopefully, my next visit will feel like a refreshing experience!"

"This time I came to Xinfeng with my friends and picked a hotel casually. The result was really pleasant to stay. I must come to give you real feedback!
First of all, breakfast is really not perfunctory! The plate I took in the morning, the toast is freshly baked, the outer and the soft, the fruit is freshly cut, the oranges and watermelon are super sweet, and the hot dishes such as bamboo and chickpeas are also very online. It is not the perfunctory feeling of the big pot dish. There are many categories, both Chinese and Western styles, and you can eat a slow meal in the morning. It's really comfortable.
The biggest surprise was the gym! I thought that the gym of the resort hotel was all looking like a model. As a result, the treadmill here is Shuhua's professional model. The function is super complete, the speed slope can be adjusted, and there are several sports modes. I ran for half an hour in the morning. It was not stuffy at all, because the floor-to-ceiling windows directly faced the city and mountain view outside. While running and watching the scenery, it is really amazing, and the holiday has not delayed the exercise, which is too much to my liking!

I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. Very quiet and comfortable homestay yard, perfect for weekend relaxation. The room is very large, the yard is even bigger, very beautiful, you can drink tea, barbecue and sing. There is also a single-family villa with a pool, the front desk service is super good, and we also gave us a sightseeing car to go for a ride. The rainbow 🌈 road along the way is very comfortable, and there is a large ginkgo forest in the forest farm. The neighborhood is very close to the county seat and Yunlu Mountain. There are a lot of bamboos all the way around. It will be more comfortable in summer. This season, there are fewer people and it is super comfortable. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests, there are many hawk peach planted on the mountain, but unfortunately it is winter, the leftover branches are dried, I believe that the flowers must be more beautiful when they bloom. The layout of the room is very good, and it is consistent with the hotel's promotional pictures. The room is not cleaned thoroughly. The stains visible to the naked eye of the toilet are visible. The refrigerator is very old and there are playing cards scattered on it. The karaoke sound is good, but it is dirty and old. The wires pass through the balcony door. A little leaking electricity, there is an inductance when you touch the handle. A bit scary, the balcony door can't be locked, one of the rooms has only 3 slippers, called for one night and no one sent it, ordered a meal at the hotel, not allowed to take it back to the room to eat, said that it is not enough staff to clean, and repeatedly said that it will clean up by itself. It still can't work. I can sit on the first floor and have a dinner. I have a good dinner with my friends. I can’t sit down and have a bad experience. In short, there is basically no service at all. The service staff has only a few uncles and aunts living nearby. The hot springs are still good. The pool landscape environment is good.

Guest UserUnplanned trip, just looking for less crowded, beautiful scenery, I stumbled upon this guesthouse on the street. Surprisingly, it was reasonably priced and had rooms available. For just over 400 yuan, I could stay in a private, detached wooden cabin with a small courtyard and a private soaking tub. Even though it was drizzling, the atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. It will be even more popular after May Day, when the water park and swimming pool are open. I plan to come back sometime. Xinfeng Fengxi Valley Resort, especially the stone pot fish, is highly recommended.

The room is a luxury decoration in the 1980s. Anyway, the solid wood boards full of walls can vaguely see the taste of the year.
