"I always assume luxury hotels will have impeccable facilities. This time, I chose to stay at the Wyndham, and indeed, the lobby was grand, the design stylish, and the amenities comprehensive. However, the overall service felt lacking; it's definitely a staffing issue. Firstly, the front desk staff who checked us in didn't exude warmth or generosity. After completing the formalities, they didn't proactively guide us to the elevator for our room or inform us of the breakfast times. They just coldly finished the process and handed us the room cards. After dinner, when I asked a staff member at the entrance for directions to the children's play area, they also didn't know. The overall service just felt disconnected from the hotel's caliber. The evening fireworks show was a plus and the only thing that left a lasting impression. I hope the hotel seriously considers this feedback, strengthens training, and focuses on talent acquisition. I wish for it to improve, and hopefully, my next visit will feel like a refreshing experience!"

First of all, breakfast is really not perfunctory! The plate I took in the morning, the toast is freshly baked, the outer and the soft, the fruit is freshly cut, the oranges and watermelon are super sweet, and the hot dishes such as bamboo and chickpeas are also very online. The biggest surprise was the gym! I thought that the gym of the resort hotel was all looking like a model. As a result, the treadmill here is Shuhua's professional model. I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. Very quiet and comfortable homestay yard, perfect for weekend relaxation. The room is very large, the yard is even bigger, very beautiful, you can drink tea, barbecue and sing. There is also a single-family villa with a pool, the front desk service is super good, and we also gave us a sightseeing car to go for a ride. The rainbow 🌈 road along the way is very comfortable, and there is a large ginkgo forest in the forest farm. The neighborhood is very close to the county seat and Yunlu Mountain. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests, there are many hawk peach planted on the mountain, but unfortunately it is winter, the leftover branches are dried, I believe that the flowers must be more beautiful when they bloom. The layout of the room is very good, and it is consistent with the hotel's promotional pictures. The room is not cleaned thoroughly. The stains visible to the naked eye of the toilet are visible. The refrigerator is very old and there are playing cards scattered on it. The karaoke sound is good, but it is dirty and old. The wires pass through the balcony door. A little leaking electricity, there is an inductance when you touch the handle. A bit scary, the balcony door can't be locked, one of the rooms has only 3 slippers, called for one night and no one sent it, ordered a meal at the hotel, not allowed to take it back to the room to eat, said that it is not enough staff to clean, and repeatedly said that it will clean up by itself. It still can't work. I can sit on the first floor and have a dinner. I have a good dinner with my friends. I can’t sit down and have a bad experience. In short, there is basically no service at all. Guest UserUnplanned trip, just looking for less crowded, beautiful scenery, I stumbled upon this guesthouse on the street. Surprisingly, it was reasonably priced and had rooms available. For just over 400 yuan, I could stay in a private, detached wooden cabin with a small courtyard and a private soaking tub. Even though it was drizzling, the atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. It will be even more popular after May Day, when the water park and swimming pool are open. I plan to come back sometime. Xinfeng Fengxi Valley Resort, especially the stone pot fish, is highly recommended.

就是酒店的山中庭餐廳特產差勁，服務不到位，出品差，份量少，價格貴，自己做了大眾點評的套餐吸引人去用餐，還其實點了團購餐的客户，説團購就是會比單點的份量少，你都沒有説明，而且我們也單點了菜品，因此無論單點還是團購都很差，請避雷，吃飯建議到附近農莊吃，住是不錯的，安靜，但沒有什麼遊樂設施，可以登山，看日落
