Private access to the sea is from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing is located below the residence.You will have at your disposal a loggia with this breathtaking view and located due south, this is extended by a 22m2 terrace. This same bus serves the port and the city center.All shops are 2 minutes away: The district known as "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment.
