Bolzano Hotels with balcony

"This hotel left a fantastic impression on me during my trip. First off, the location is almost perfect. The hotel is right next to the train station and connected to a large, modern shopping mall. You just walk through the mall from the station, and the hotel is on your left. This is incredibly convenient for travelers with luggage. The hotel staff's English communication was flawless. They were enthusiastic and professional, and check-in was very efficient. When traveling in German-speaking regions, I sometimes worry about language barriers, but there were absolutely no concerns here. What surprised me most about the hotel was the Japanese restaurant on the top floor. The food was incredibly authentic, a real treat for an 'Asian stomach.' If you're staying here, I highly recommend trying it out. The breakfast on the second day was the absolute highlight of this trip. The restaurant is on a semi-open terrace, and on a clear day, enjoying breakfast while admiring the view outside creates a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere that sets a great mood for the entire day. Overall, the room was also satisfactory. The bed was a bit softer, as is common in most European hotels, but the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet at night. The cleanliness was also top-notch, leading to a very comfortable stay. Another interesting observation was the highly international guest demographic. During my stay, it felt like Japanese, Chinese, and European/American guests each made up about a third of the occupancy, which also suggests its popularity among Asian tourists. Overall, whether it's the location, service, dining, or the accommodation experience, this is a highly recommendable hotel. If I return to this city in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"It is an amazing hotel. Hotel Laurin in Bolzano made you feel like a beloved hotel guest. Great decoration and reception. The room is so posh. I had a one bedroom but it’s quite spacious. The bathroom is massive and looks pristine. Nice desk if you’re looking to do some work. It looks very new and well-maintained. The breakfast is also amazing. Staff is attention to detail and the tableware looks great. Would 100% come back for its experience. It’s also located 2 minutes away from the train station."

"The room was spacious and conveniently located near a train station, a large shopping mall, various clothing stores, snack shops, and a supermarket. The room was also very clean. The only issue was a sudden power outage on the first night, but thankfully the power was restored after 5 minutes."

"Hotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience. One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it. Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow. Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future."
