I requested a change from a single to a twin bed, and they were kind enough to provide a complimentary upgrade to accommodate my needs. The extra space made my stay much more comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Bus stop is nearby, easy for catching the bus. Highly recommended."

"A fantastic hotel! Firstly, it's about a 10-minute walk from both the train and bus stations, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself has a beautiful environment with a garden, perfect for a morning stroll. The rooms are in a traditional European style, simple yet elegant. Cleanliness was excellent, giving me peace of mind. The breakfast deserves special praise; the selection was plentiful, and you could even sit on the outdoor porch, enjoying your meal while basking in the sunshine. The restaurant service was also excellent. Highly recommended!"

"A super super good apartment hotel 1. The front desk is very responsible, forgot to reply to the email and let Trip.com customer service remind me of the check-in time, and the check-in attitude is also super good. 2. The room is clean and tidy and spacious, three people, two rooms, two beds are enough, and the bathroom is very bright. 3. The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor and there is a free toilet on the first floor, so I have to stay at the hotel. No matter whether I check out or not, I know that the password of the entry can come in and go to the toilet for free. This is really touching in Europe. 4. The only small drawback is that it is a little far from the train station, and there is a 15-20 minute away with luggage~"

"Great location! The hotel is located in the center of Bolzano City, within walking distance to Bolzano Railway Station, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and tidy, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and the price was super high!"

"We love our stay at Stadt Hotel Citta! - Location is perfect, at the heart of Bolzano - literally in front of the city square - Nice and clean room - Great access, especially parking - the city underground parking has a tunnel to the hotel making access very easy even as we drove"

"We choose to stay at Hotel Asterix, because our son who we were visiting lives close by in a dormitory, plus even though the price was still quite high, it was less than most of the hotels in the area. We were greeted cordially when we arrived and generally, all staff was very friendly. At the reception area, there were many flyers introducing to-dos in the area, including a city map. The room was quite small for three people, but sufficient and, what is always most important to me, it was very clean and the beds were comfy. The same goes for the bathroom - it was super clean and small, but despite that practical. Towels were provided as was the soap dispenser (hands, hair&body in the shower). For everything else, I guess, we could have asked, but there was no need for us - we always have our little travel version when on the way. The room & bathroom were made up and cleaned everyday properly. Altogether a pleasant stay! Check-in hours are 17:00-23:00, check out 8:00-10:00; usually it wouldn't be very convenient for us - earlier check-in let's say starting 14:00) and later check-out (12:00) would be so much better - but this time, for once, it fit our travel plans perfectly, on arrival as well as at departure."
