Budva Hotels with balcony

"Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English. Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working. If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price."

"The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!"

"Living with a friend. At the price we were very suitable, but there were shortcomings. Hot water was not always, some problems with the boiler inclusion and also cleaning was in a strange schedule. But overall it was good. I think the price/quality is appropriate. And also the parking is small, it is necessary to agree in advance."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, the ancient city and the parking lot are within 100 meters, and the park is surrounded by excellent walks. It takes only five minutes to walk to Moghlan Beach. The sea is very clear, you can see the fish, and the temperature of 20 degrees does not feel cold. The room was large and clean and well equipped. The breakfast quality is excellent, p7p8, can't finish it at all. The fifth floor overlooks the old town and sea view p4p5. Overall Haojue is very good."

"We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home."

"Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building. On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps)."

"The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Old Town and within walking distance from the sea. A 15-minute walk to one of the most picturesque beaches in Montenegro - Mogren. The views from the window are superb! The room itself is wonderful, well-equipped, very beautiful! It should be borne in mind that the assembly of the building is under construction (we did not hear much noise and did not notice any dust, but perhaps in the summer this will be a problem). The hotel staff are simply wonderful, they help with any request and with any question. The buffet did not seem very tasty to us, but there are many cafes and restaurants around, the best ice cream and croissants in Budva are a minute's walk away. We would be happy to stay here again."

"The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals."

"The room was incredibly dirty. It felt like they only changed the sheets after the previous guests. The floors were filthy, and so was the toilet. The cleaner only planned to change the towels and leave; we had to specifically ask her to wash the floors. That was the only time the floors were cleaned during our 5-day stay. The pool is nice, small but has a great vibe, with amazing rooftop views and sun loungers. It wasn't too crowded, so sunbeds were almost always available. The location is convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it's not far from the sea."
