Villa Pedja Zec
9.5 (155 reviews)

Villa Pedja Zec ★★★

📍 48 Mainski put, Budva

"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."

📍 2 Mediteranska, Budva

"The hotel is located right next to the old city of Budva, boasting an unparalleled and superb location. It has its own beach and offers a full range of services. Its four-star quality is reliable. In the evenings, the nearby harbor is lined with restaurants offering incredibly fresh seafood – a truly exceptional experience. The hotel breakfast is also very generous and noteworthy."

Boutique Hotel Vissi d'Arte ★★★★★

📍 10 Mediteranska, Budva

"We have just got home from an amazing stay at the 5 star Vissi_D_Arte hotel. We booked a 4 night trip to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and we were totally spoilt for the entire time. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and nothing was ever too much. The staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrived, they would stand up when we walked into the room and they would escort us to the swimming pool, local restaurants and the port to ensure we didn't get lost. Each and every member of staff were attentive, friendly and engaging. (We will miss our chats with the very charming Peter at breakfast) The rooms and suites were extremely clean, bright and very tastefully decorated with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and we all enjoyed the delicious complementary fruits and treats that were left in our room each evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Budva and just a few minutes stroll into the old town. I would like to particularly thank Jovan, who for weeks before we arrived at the hotel had been recommending restaurants, beach clubs, boats trip and organising all our reservations and transport to perfection. He helped to bypass hotel check in by taking our details a few days before and organised a welcome party for the birthday girl by filling our suite with balloons, flowers, canapes, cake and champagne. He kept in constant contact with us while we were there to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as special as we hoped. I can not recommend the hotel enough and I would like to thank everyone for all their efforts in making our stay an extremely memorable one. Laura x"

📍 Mediteranska, Budva

"Super hotel, but this time the air conditioning wasn't working and there were issues with the iron; it took a long time to arrive, and we had to go get it ourselves after the third request. However, the rooms are huge, the location is top-notch, and the breakfasts are delicious. We'll definitely be back."

"The room is incredible but the staff are what made this stay unbelievable. The location is second to none with everything on your doorstep, but if there’s something you want to see or do that isnt nearby, the staff will go out of their way to assist and speak beautiful English. I could t recommend this hotel more."

Condo Studio Plaza ★★★
"Luxurious apartments, not far from the sea, in the very center. I was a little confused by the check-in process—if I entered the wrong PIN code, the door locked, but the owner was always in touch and the door opened. I was also confused by the additional fees—the trip listing says €1 per night, but the actual cost is €1.50. But these are minor details; the apartments and the quality of life in them are worth it."
