"Amenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing"

"This hotel is 50 kilometers away from Solaha. On the other side of the National Forest Park, the hotel has its own jeep cruise for $100. The price is not high. Solaha has only 500 RMB for a day ride on an elephant jeep canoe. It takes 90 dollars to get in and out of the hotel to Solaha. It is completely inconvenient. The service is very good, this price is a ceiling hotel in the local area, and the self-driving friends are fine!"

"This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you."

"All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself. Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained. No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant."

"Environment: Absolutely loved it, beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and secluded. Facilities: Simple but complete. However, the bathroom had a leak, and the shower switch was hard to use. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, very spotless. Service: Warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, with greetings at all times! They also provided introductions to local culture and folk performances! Location: Too far from nearby cities and attractions. The main issue was the inability to find a taxi (including InDrive), leaving the very expensive hotel cars as the only option."

"The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit."

"I'm very particular about where I stay when I travel. I chose this hotel by chance, as it provided me with a decent stay. I like to live in comfort, I like to live in a well-kept place, I like to live where I'm welcomed and my needs are met. The hotel has the feel of an owner who treats guests, his team, and the space he's responsible for with respect. For others choosing a hotel, I'll say this: 1. The grounds are well-kept, the staff is attentive and polite. 2. In the morning, I had breakfast in the garden. The food was very well prepared. I showed a cooked egg in the photo. You can always judge the quality of the food by the eggs. 3. At first, I stayed in the main building, then moved to a tent for a couple of days. If you can afford it, rent a tent. It's worth it. All the animals I saw on safari were visible from my tent. Or from the view desk, which I used when I stayed in the main building. 4. The people at the hotel are comfortable to talk to. 5. There are many aesthetically pleasing details that characterize this place and create an atmosphere. After my stay, I wanted to write this review as a thank you, on the one hand, and on the other, to share it with you, as I also seek out and appreciate good places. The hotel is a bit far from the boat station, but for me, this was an advantage, as I like quiet, sparsely populated places. And I would have liked a couple of sun loungers in the garden so I could just relax listening to the birds singing, surrounded by greenery. "one of the best hotel of Chitwan area, we stayed two nights with family, we booked two rooms of jungle facing balcony, great location, on the bank of river, courteous and well behaved staffs, prompt service, rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities, restaurant has plenty of menus at very good price, front office staffs were very nice one Mr Ram is excellent, we enjoyed our stay."
