"Nice infrastructures, Good location, room service and hospitality needs improvement. Toiletries inadequate. Food quality is good however services needs to be faster. Some of the staffs behaviour are really good. One of the staff named अपेक्षा गैरे s behaviour and dealing was really pleasant. Actually her behaviour made us forget all the shortcomings of the hotel. Please thank her on our behalf."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in a tented room, and on the very first day, we saw rhinos and deer by the river right opposite our room. We even had the good fortune to spot a crocodile! The staff were very polite. We also booked a jeep safari through the hotel, and our guide was excellent. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

"Environment: Absolutely loved it, beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and secluded. Facilities: Simple but complete. However, the bathroom had a leak, and the shower switch was hard to use. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, very spotless. Service: Warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, with greetings at all times! They also provided introductions to local culture and folk performances! Location: Too far from nearby cities and attractions. The main issue was the inability to find a taxi (including InDrive), leaving the very expensive hotel cars as the only option."

"Incredible service, a fantastic package well worth the cost and such a great range of food options. We were served individually each meal a range of different Nepalese and western food for our meals. Our waiter welcomed us with a smile into the dining hall for every meal and was very generous with servings, always offering us more or alternative dishes. A big thank you to the manager for making us feel welcome!"

"Had a wonderful time with my family at Park Safari Resort, Sauraha. The river-facing room offered stunning views of Chitwan National Park and a beautiful sunset. The staff was friendly, especially Piyush at the front desk, who was very helpful. The rooms were clean, the environment was peaceful, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Will definitely visit again!Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Sauraha."
