"Wie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten."

"Very authentic hotel!! Looking unacceptable, but already at the entrance you understand that the designer worked here. A large room with a huge bed. In the room there is a safe, minibar, fan.... Breakfast is brought on separate dishes, individually. Very recommended. If you don 't want a standard hotel, take Factory, you won 't regret it."

"I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this. All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon. The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station. I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you"

"GREAT , JUST WALKING SHORT DISTANCE TO 2 BEAUTIFULL MALLS, DEL SOL AND LAS GALERÍAS, QUIET AND NICE NEIGHBORHOOD, SUPER CLEAN APARTMENT/ ROOM, GREAT STAFF, CLOSE TO SHOPPING , CLOSE TO AIRPORT, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE , WHEN I BOOKED I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO STAY, BUT, NEVER THOUGHT IT WAS SO NICE, AND I VE BEEN TO MANY PLACES, TAKE MY WORD, EXCELLENT PLACE"

"Excellent location, the reception is 24 hours. It has kitchen, refrigerator and even washing machine, the view from the balcony very good. This nearby restaurants and a shopping centre. Wi-Fi is well functioning. This great for a trip to Asuncion"

"Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück einfach dafür das Buffet am Mittag sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut in der Nähe vom Präsidentenpalast, Strand, Migraciones etc."

"A wonderful hotel with a great location. The rooms are very spacious. Everything is clean and comfortable, with excellent linens. There's air conditioning. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room. There's bottled water and a coffee and tea maker. A coffee maker is also included. Good housekeeping. The breakfast is excellent. There's a rooftop pool. The hotel is cozy and small, with few people around. I recommend it."

"Got woke up by reception at 5:13 ringing wrong room. Wasn't show to any amenities, otherwise its clean but a bit over priced."
