"Great location if you're traveling by car. It's right off the highway exit, and there's a dedicated, secure, and convenient parking lot. Getting to the main island of Venice by car is a breeze. The hotel also has excellent facilities."

"A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied! The only minor issue is that the bus from the city's train station to the hotel stops running at 9 PM, which is quite early. A taxi wasn't too expensive, costing 15 Euros. However, there's a convenient direct bus service between the main island and the train station. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk; I recommend buying a couple extra. Otherwise, it can be a hassle if the ticket machines in the city are broken or there are long queues. Breakfast was quite good, but the windows couldn't be opened, so I kept seeing dust and lint floating around in the room. This seems to be a common problem with hotels where you can't open the windows."

"Good clean room massive bed, the reception staff were very helpful with advice how to get into Venice and avoid the tourist tax, easy 10 min walk to the bus which takes 20 mins to get into Venice. Breakfast was ok and it helps to have free parking, The only negative was when we just wanted a bar snack in the evening, I was told they could only do a toastie for 8 euro so ordered that, absolutely terrible, a bit of processed cheese and ham in cheap bread no garnish , my 6yr old granddaughter can produce better with  better presentation. Would recommend the place as long as you avoid the bar snacks!"

"This hotel is in the quiet Lido~ If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station. It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase. The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel. The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming. There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~ Hotel facilities: Although the room is large: But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation. For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves. Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus."

"On Lido Island, it is very quiet. 2. The hotel is classically decorated, with an front courtyard and a backyard, and it is also close to the sea and the church. 3. Breakfast is OK, there is bacon without fried eggs is not happy. On rainy days, there are not many places to visit this island. 5. Take a boat for 5 minutes to the main island, 9.5 Europe, at least more cost-effective than the 10 square hotel on the main island with 800 RMB."

"Lovely hotel , very handy for airport. Nice touch to provide water and croissants to guests on welcome. Nice outdoor space with loungers by the pool, pool too icy to swim in though.. nice high ceilings in superior rooms and comfortable beds. We were impressed with the breakfast, lots of choice for continental, eggs too, a lot of effort gone to. As upper floor to room was quite hot either air con or a fan up there as standard would have made it perfect."

"The best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day."

"The hotel is on the island of Lido, quiet and open, much more comfortable than living in the main island of Venice, and the price is super high. Lido is about ten minutes from San Marco Square by waterbus. The room is very quiet, and it also has a Bluetooth speaker. The phone can play its own music when connected to the whole room. This time I ordered breakfast, the dining environment was very small and fresh. The downside was that the breakfast category was not very rich. Hot drinks and hot foods (scrambled eggs or something) had to tell the waiter that she would deliver it later, instead of having an area to pick it up."
