Kas Hotels with balcony

"У отеля очень удобное расположение. От прогулочной улицы минут 5-7 пешком. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое. Несколько полотенец, чистые, белоснежные. Завтраки обычные, каждый для себя найден, что скушать. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии, с горячей водой перебоев не было. Тапочки и фен в ванной предусмотрены. Приятным удивлением было, что в минуте от отеля есть бухта, в которой можно поплавать. А теперь о том, что хотелось бы улучшить. На дверях в номера нет доводчиков, поэтому двери во всех номерах закрываются с таким грохотом, что содрогают стены. Особенно неприятен этот момент, в поздние часы и ранее утро. В остальном нареканий нет, отель рекомендую."

He told me that there was only the third floor so there was no elevator. He climbed to the third floor with a suitcase of nearly 30kg and found that the first floor was the ground floor, so there was another floor. "We had a good time at this homely hotel. The staff was certainly the highlight, they made us feel at home. The hotel is located very close to the city centre, but away from the busy streets. The only real point is to that the ”room with balcony” is essentially just directly opening on the hotel garden / patio. The room was also fairly small (we struggled to fit two large suitcases), and the bathroom is starting to show signs of ageing, probably due to poor ventilation and humidity."

"Замечательный отель, прекрасное месторасположение, до пляжа от отеля 3 минуты ходьбы, до Kas Halk Plaji пешком минут 25. Уборка качественная, приятный персонал, вид с террасы просто превосходный, завтраки вкусные. Очень внимательный хозяин отеля, при заселении рассказал основную информацию, дал рекомендации и ответил на основные вопросы. Мы прилетали в Анталью ночью, заранее связались с администратором отеля,и нам помогли организовать трансфер по приемлемой цене. Огромное спасибо за такой сервис❤️"

"This hotel is visually very appealing: new, with excellent renovations and design. It's a pleasure to be in the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast area. It’s about a 7-minute leisurely walk to the city center, and also about 7 minutes to the amphitheater (I highly recommend going there in the evening; there's live music, and it's very soulful and cozy). Breakfast isn't a buffet; rather, the hotel staff prepare it for you themselves (eggs as you like, bread, cheese, honey, vegetables, a couple of fruit slices, a hot sandwich, a piece of cake, coffee, water, juices). Parking: The hotel has a few designated spots. When we arrived, they were occupied, but we were able to park our car in a general area nearby. However, there's one significant drawback, due to which I cannot recommend this hotel to light sleepers if you want to get a good night's rest. First, we stayed on the first floor, and our window faced the road. While the road isn't very busy, cars would pass by periodically, and it felt like they were driving right next to us. I couldn't fall asleep until about 3 AM because of this (even with the window closed), and I woke up at 6 AM when the first cars and roosters made their presence known. Second, there's almost no sound insulation from the corridor: we were located near the hotel entrance and the elevator. Everything guests said while waiting for the elevator, their steps on the stairs and in the corridor, all of it was audible even through good earplugs. Third, the curtain isn't blackout, so the sunrise will wake you up if you're sensitive to light but can't sleep with an eye mask. Fourth, the bed is quite small for a couple (we had a standard room), and each person only gets one very thin pillow – it was uncomfortable trying to sleep."
