"This hotel is run down. The pier is falling apart, and there's mold in the rooms. While the furniture in the room is in good condition, the cleaning could be better. I wouldn't recommend the economy rooms – they have poor soundproofing, low ceilings, a bad smell, and mold. The breakfasts are good, though. The staff at the pier and front desk are friendly."

Everything is well thought out and made with quality solutions, for example, the Daikin air conditioning is easy to adjust, doesn't blow directly at your head, and doesn't disturb sleep. The plumbing is good, and the rooms are clean. For breakfast, after 5 days, we got a bit tired of scrambled eggs and omelets. The staff does add something new each breakfast, but the main protein is eggs. An excellent room for the money, thanks to the organizers."

"Booked at 4.2 rating, arrived to find it dropped to 3.8. There was no WiFi on the day due to maintenance, luckily my phone had signal! The hotel is built at the bottom of a cliff, requiring a drive up a 60-degree steep slope to reach the parking lot – a very unique location. We arrived at 10 PM, but the front desk had already closed. Ultimately, a pool staff member helped us get our room key, making for a chaotic check-in process. The sea view from the room genuinely matched the photos, but the value for money was extremely poor: we booked for 1600 RMB, yet on the day of arrival, the same room type was directly 400 RMB cheaper – an outrageous price difference. (The room had a sea view, and the bedding and mattress were decent). Breakfast was served from 8-10 AM, and the variety was acceptable. However, we weren't informed that coffee would be charged. At check-out, we were directly debited 420 Lira for two iced lattes, a hidden cost that left a very bad impression. The service was extremely polarized: the pool staff were friendly, but the front desk was cold, lazy, and unreasonable, showing no service awareness throughout. The room had no toiletries whatsoever, like toothbrushes or shower gel, so you need to bring your own. The shower had strong water pressure, but you had to let it run for a long time to get hot water. The hotel's layout was extremely illogical; the front desk was on the lowest floor, while the parking garage was essentially on the second or third floor, making lugging luggage up and down the slopes very inconvenient. The only upside was the nice view from the cliffside pool; otherwise, the entire experience was a disaster. I do not recommend staying here. Honestly, this entire region isn't even worth visiting; I found the scenery to be average. Istanbul and the hot air balloons are enough to represent Turkey's beauty."

"Booked a hotel room for New Year's Eve. As a result of the unfair service tripcom to its work, the room was different from what was on the photos in this app. It has greatly damaged my holiday and impressions. The hotel has a great terrace with a swimming pool. The sea view is amazing, especially at sunset. The service is adequate, the problem with the number could not be solved, but again the fault was not the hotel. All the other requests and questions were solved quickly. Good people work here. Is a separate thank you to Ibrahim manager for understanding and human attitude. Hotel recommends. But first it is better to clarify the representatives about the matching of the photos of the rooms in the service with reality."

"Спокойный и красивый отель с шикарным пляжем. Все понравилось, персонал старается и улыбается. Очень красиво на пляже , прямо как у vip-отелей. Прекрасный , теплый бассейн , хотя никогда не пользуемся бассейнами в отелях. Здесь не устояли. После шумного Каша прекрасно отдохнули с красивыми видами. Вернемся еще на пару дней для релакса."

"A very charming and cozy hotel, we're so glad we chose it. The grounds are green and well-maintained, everything is very clean, and everyone is friendly, smiling, and welcoming. Room cleaning is daily. Breakfasts are tasty, the only thing that could be improved is more variety. But that's a minor point. We were especially pleased that the hotel offers free access to the Calamari Beach Club. We spent most of our time there, it's super convenient. The sea is gorgeous and warm!"
