"I took a 2-day trip here to get away by myself for a couple of days and this could not have been a nicer spot for that. Everything in this gorgeous boutique hotel is designed for maximum relaxation and comfort, from the river views and watching sea lions swim by while sipping morning coffee, to the super-comfortable bed and Frette linens, to the delicious Scandinavian food and yummy cocktails in the hotel restaurant The Knot, to the unusual barrel saunas that guests can relax in. The staff are all incredibly nice, and were happy to upgrade my room when I asked for a river view (yes, I paid for it), and gave great recs on places to eat nearby too. I loved how so much that i wanted to see and experience was either within walking distance or a short drive away. I can't wait for my next stay!"

"The hotel is currently under maintenance. The hotel is on the river. It is arrived at night. You can see the cross-state (Washington state) bridge at night. During the day, you can overlook the bridge from the terrace. Breakfast is good, you can have breakfast while watching the sea view, like it. The town is not big, Astoria Column is a place worth visiting, $5 parking fee can be parked for a year 👍, there is a small gift shop on the edge of Column, there are good jewelry, you can buy one or two to go back to commemorate."
