"The environment is great, and there's a large free parking lot. It's also convenient for getting to the big supermarket, which has plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The room was very clean and even had a balcony."

"Hubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip.  We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance.  We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside.  Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day.  I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it."

"Due to the change in the itinerary, the separate order was booked for two nights. After several twists and turns, in the case of making up the difference, you can finally stay for two nights without changing the room. But the next night, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was accused of cleaning the room service. The guest asked to take the initiative to ask at the time of check-in, otherwise it would not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered the rule since I have traveled to the store for decades. I had to take a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service."

"Staying in a one-room apartment was such a happiness to us and made our day. We arrived after the manager left office for home, but he/she took care to pass the door key and intructions to us, so we got into the room without trouble. Located in the outside of Williams makes the environment quite and we slept well."

"First, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night. "

"Although this hotel is next to the highway, it's still very quiet. The grove of trees behind the hotel is perfect for morning and evening strolls. The environment is excellent. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended as a top choice for accommodation in Flagstaff."
