"Very disappointed with my stay at Marriott. We booked our room through trip.ccom platform and were shocked to find that our room type had been changed upon arrival without any prior notification or proper explanation. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue while traveling, and it completely ruined our travel mood. What was meant to be an enjoyable trip turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was unfriendly and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue, the response felt dismissive and lacking in professionalism. Guests should not have their travel plans disrupted because of issues between the hotel and its booking partners. Overall, the poor handling of this situation and the lack of customer care fell far below the standards I expected from Marriott. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its communication and customer service practices."

"Just your average hotel in Page. Good for a night or two while visiting the sites. Good location and friendly front desk staff. Laundry machines on site. Pool was working. Good for the price. The only issue I had was that our back door shared the balcony with the neighboring room. It didn't cause any issues but wasn't the best feeling having the neighbors have access to our door and window. Also, the view of Lake Powell is more of a view of where Lake Powell was as it was almost dry from our viewpoint."

"The hotel was clean and the front desk was good. I told you a lot of recommended shops when I checked in. The garden is nice and you can eat and chat there. The room had a bedroom ２, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of drinks. The large trash can that doesn't smell when I close the lid was also good. There are few shops around, but it is convenient to drive to Uptown, Airport Mesa, Holly Cross Chapel, etc."

"The location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays."
