Brand new build, beautifully decorated farmhouse style townhome in the wonderful red-rock landscape of Hurricane, Utah. This is part of the Luxurious Zions Village Resort that includes many amenities like a large pool, lazy river, hot tub, firepits and outdoor grills. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, townhome with a two car garage. Zions Village is located in a fantastic location. It can sleep up to 14 people. There are two lakes near by, for boating, swimming and kayaking. Zions National Park is less than 20 minutes away. Sand Hollow is a 10 minute drive, known for boating, fabulous rock crawling and OHV riding. This location is also very close to world class mountain biking trails like Gooseberry Mesa, Jem, and Holy Guacamole. This unit is close walking distance to the pool, but is far enough away to avoid the noise that can come from staying close to the pool area. There is street parking right in front of the townhome for your trailer or boat and a driveway that can accommodate two additional cars. This townhome comes with a fully furnished kitchen with appliances that include: coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, blender, and crook pot. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels. We also include 14 pool towels. On the main floor, you will find a half bath, in addition to a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom and walk-in shower. A large 65 in Smart TV is in the bedroom. The living room also includes a 75 inch Smart TV.Upstairs, you will find a large living room, with a 75 in Smart TV. There is also a cocktail vintage arcade that has over 3500 games on it. This arcade includes all the games you grew up on including: Tetris, Donkey Kong, PacMan, Street Fighter II, Gunsmoke, Sonic, Mario Bro's, Contra, Excitebike, Immortal Kombat, Simpsons, Frogger, etc. If you can think of a classic game, you can probably find it. There is another master bedroom with a king bed, full bath and walk-in shower. The queen room includes two queen sized beds. The bunkroom includes 2 sets of triple bunk beds with full sized mattresses that can sleep up to 12 kids. A pack and play is in the closet. You will also find an vertical arcade that includes 300 classical arcade games for kids. Other amenities include a ping pong table in the garage and a gas grill on the patio. The clubhouse has pool table, foosball, large exercise room and gym. There are also showers and bathrooms. This is a non smoking unit. Although this is a large home, many of our recent guests during the coronavirus spread have been single families. Please feel confident that you are booking a home that takes safety seriously. Our cleaning crew completely disinfects our home covering all surfaces, door knobs, etc. in between bookings.We can heat our pool during your stay to maintain an 85 degree temperature. We add $75 a day to cover our costs. You can also hold off on a decision until closer to your dates. There is additional seating outside in the patio area including a table for 8, toddler table for 4 and a picnic table for 6.With gorgeous granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets and unique tile floors, the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, double oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as blender, crockpot, griddle, toaster, coffeemaker, etc. to help supplement your cooking experience. Dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware are supplied for 32. Since our pool is located on the East side of our home, afternoon shade is a welcomed relief. Our pool and hot tub offer breathtaking views of the majestic surrounding mountains.The covered back patio space is a fabulous extension of the family room and kitchen with a large stainless steel natural gas grill to barbeque your favorite meals.With 4400 sq. ft., there is plenty of room to spread out. Casa de Zion features a great room off the kitchen with a 48” flat-screen TV & Blue-ray, casita/theater room with a flat screen 65” Smart HDTV, Blu-ray player and game room with ping pong and king size foosball. Of course, high speed internet and satellite TV is provided. The safety of our guests at Casa de Zion is of upmost importance. We have recently retrofitted our home with a whole house sprinkler system. There is a smoke alarm in every room and a fire extinguisher on each floor. The pool area is surrounded by a 6’ wrought iron fence and block wall. The gates leading to the pool area are key locked and cannot be easily opened by a child. In addition, the pool has a cover that is key locked. Our Jacuzzi spa has a cover as well as a cable across the top that has a secure key lock. Our home is located on a bluff overlooking the Hurricane Valley and has a wrought iron fence to protect young children. Surveillance cameras are installed for security and insurance purposes on the outside of the property only. They cover the entire front and back yards including the pool and jacuzzi areas. They are not monitored and erased regularly by the security service. They would only be accessed if required by authorities or the insurance company. We are within the immediate vicinity of world-class mountain biking trail systems such as Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek Mesa and the JEM/Hurricane Rim Trails. Canyoneering, overland 4 x 4 driving tours, hiking, rock climbing and river tubing are other possibilities. In addition, close by are over a dozen golf courses, horseback riding, snow skiing, and Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs that feature boating, water sports, fishing and more!Day trips to Zion National Park are just 25 minutes away. Hike Angel's Landing, the Narrows, the Subway, Weeping Rock, Emerald Pools, West Rim Trail, Court of the Patriarchs, slot canyons – so much to see and do in Zion! It features a huge bathroom w/ walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub; private entrance and balcony with amazing views; private kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer; 55" TV (Roku Prime, and Netflix); and central AC/heat.One dog is allowed with a $100 pet fee, but only on a case-by-case basis. Also, your dog must not be left alone in the home while you are gone (there is a wonderful doggy day care just one mile from us).We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like.
