The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. Five houses away is a beautiful and large park with two playgrounds. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners and not accessible to guests.The home is close to many shopping areas, sports venues, and some of the finest dining restaurants.
