The staff at Sanctoo Hotel were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located within the zoo, and we could access the zoo directly through an internal passage using the complimentary tickets provided by the hotel. We booked a villa with a private pool, which offered a stunning view of lush greenery outside. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’d love to stay at this hotel again。

Appreciate so much the staff working here.
Some minor issues with organizing things but as requested they would try to respond as quickly and as helpful as possible.
The restaurant was lovely and I had dinners with sunset views. Sometimes it can take long nut food was nice and prepared with heart. The homemade potato chips won my heart. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient and tasty. Coffee was good.
Many birds in the resort so bird ambience sound is to expect. Swimming pool was great and quiet.

You can relax in a Balinese atmosphere. Breakfast is buffet style, but you can also order a main course and the cooking is excellent. The view from there was lovely with the morning sun and the birds singing. My family enjoyed the foam bath. Local children were fishing and swimming in the river that runs through the hotel, so we swam in the river a little after the gym. The water was cool and clear, although it was cloudy with sand.
There are photos of yoga, but classes are not held on a daily basis. Reservations are required the day before and cost just over 3,000 yen per person. It's about 30 minutes from Ubud, so it feels a little far. However, the price is cheap and it's more than worth it.

A stunning new hotel with a pool and a beautiful courtyard. There's an excellent restaurant just down the road, and you can stroll along the beautiful promenade along the ocean. The only downside is the constant reconnection of the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it's a great place to relax.

The hotel is very beautiful, fully corresponds to the description 🤩 The pool is clean, the territory is clean, they cleaned every day. There is a kitchen. 30 minutes walk to the Balinese zoo. But it was impossible to sleep there. Crickets, birds, night prayers, and in one of the villas there lived a huge lizard that scratched at night and pooped on the bed 2 times. There is no soundproofing, but there is a jungle 😅 in general, take earplugs. From the staff, a woman came to clean once a day with whom it was difficult to communicate and no one else, no other residents and employees. My son was getting out of the shower, slipped on the tiles and hit his head, we could not get through to any of the workers, the neighbors helped take him to the hospital. Thank God everything worked out.

The room was spacious and had all the simple amenities a couple would need. Since it’s close to nature, you might see a frog or lizard occasionally, something to consider if you’re uncomfortable with that. For us, it wasn’t a problem (back to nature, lol).
Breakfast was totally worth it, great portion, high quality, and the restaurant team was very attentive. Kudos to them!
Lastly, big appreciation to the housekeeping team at The Royal Purnama. It’s not easy to keep the villa spotless, especially with strong Bali winds and the seaside location.

The rest in the surroundings with only natural sounds. It's all clean and clean, this is a place you deserve to rest, you're still being put in the waters, owners who understand what gastronomy is, our compliments.
The nearby area has a lot to offer, especially the woodworks. Great. Many shops and restaurants at walking distance. A safe place, everyone is friendly and no one hurts. Even a small market in the vicinity.
The husband brought us to the Bali Safari Zoo for a very generous merchandise, and that is certainly worth the effort. Then take the Marine Zoo with you. A unforgettable day you meet. Friendship to the point. We're coming back here. Thanks Kadhi & Wayan 🙏🏽

From the moment I arrived, the host Ngurah Miartha and his family impressed me with their incredible warmth, welcoming nature, and genuine friendliness. Beyond that, he went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary and arrange transportation. Thanks to him, we had such a smooth, fun, and memorable trip. Every suggestion he made—from local attractions to hidden gems—was spot on, and he made sure we experienced the very best of the area.
The service was absolutely outstanding. Whenever I needed anything, he responded immediately with patience, kindness, and a big smile. His dedication and sincerity really touched me.
Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Every morning, he served a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal that made my day start off perfectly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It was honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my travels.
The homestay itself was newly renovated, which made the whole place feel fresh, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully put together. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
This stay made my trip even more memorable. I would definitely come back again.

NNawafA very good, quiet, clean, very friendly, respected hotel staff, I forgot my reserve mobile after I recorded the exit, and they told me that they had it, and they kept it until I sent someone to receive it, and before they handed it over, they sent me.
The rooms have screens, Netflix and Alexa.
A special swimming pool for some rooms with an outdoor seat and a view of nature 
They have the garage service.
And the service to send breakfast to the room is estimated to be a floating breakfast.
The way they communicate is very good, the first entry record is added to the watts, in which all the supervisors of the resort are , and they communicate with them by watts at any time, and the response is quick by them.
Even breakfasts send you a breakfast meal, and you choose your dishes and ask for them at the time that suits you, whether in the room or in their restaurant

RRavi154Book this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Ubud. Amazing amazing staff. We were greeted by Ade who showed us around the hotel and apologised for the traffic we faced while on our way from Seminyak ( not his fault hahaha). He explained us where all the amenities are and how we can maximise our stay in Ubud.
The hotel is on a cliff so all rooms are downstairs which is super cool! All the rooms are suites with either Pool or Jacuzzi.
Because of small number of rooms, the hotel feel intimate and staff is always there to assist you with smile on their face.
Coming to the room; the room we stayed in was Jacuzzi Suite. Massive room and very new and clean. Comes with free mini bar (yesss).
Breakfast options are alright but the best thing is they have three set menus which they make fresh based on your order apart from A la carte. Yes they have vegetarian options too.
The best part about this hotel and I urge the staff and hotel to promote is the massive art collection/museum that they have. When I say massive; it is 5 storeys!!!! We went for a tour and were blown away with how much effort the owner has put in curating the art and showing the rich culture of Bali. One of the staff member named Rai also showed us the traditional Balinese house and explained how it is built.
They also have free shuttle to Ubud Centre which is a huge plus for anyone looking to go to the main market for shopping/ eating/.
Don’t think twice about booking this hotel. If you do; you may miss what this hotel has to offer!

MMaksimWe stayed at the hotel in a villa in January 2025. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The rice terraces are 5 minutes away by car. There is a local market next to the hotel. Prices at the market are pleasant. The territory is large, well-kept. Lots of greenery. There is a large swimming pool and pools in the villas. There is a swing near the large pool. All pools are finished with stone. The villa had a good large TV with Internet. King size bed with an excellent mattress. The bathroom is large, finished with stone. Hot and cold water, There is a bath and a separate shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel and other accessories. Towels are good. Breakfasts at the hotel are varied, the portions are large. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The portions are large. The staff is friendly. Great hotel.

MMayrendezvousIt was such a great experience stayed in this unique hotel in Bali !! About 1hour ride from DPS airport . It could be a bit confusing for the driver to find its exact location especially at night 🥹 ! I love the tranquilities during my stays . Greetings from friendly & attentive staffs ,on top of that the foods served were not bad either . YES ! definitely a unique holidays experience here in Ubud !!!!!!😘
