We travel in october 2023 We stayed in rv kutus kutus hotel for one night with prebooking, After staying one night we feel home like environment. So, we extend our stay extra two night at r v kutus hotel

I had an amazing time staying at Warsa’s Garden! The location is just perfect, close to everything you need: supermarkets, local markets, the Art Market, and of course, the Monkey Forest. Having the monkeys visit almost every day was such a magical touch. Just a tip: keep your things close and don’t scare or threaten them, they’re not harmful, and if you respect their space, you’ll really enjoy their presence. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely. Anytime I needed something, they were super helpful and kind. The place is clean and well kept yes, there are ants, lizards, and monkeys around, but hey, that’s Bali nature for you! It was never an issue for me. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety, but definitely enough to start the day. Just remember, this is a 3-star hotel, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from one, comfortable, chill, and perfect for resting after a long day exploring. More than enough for a great stay in Ubud!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The guest house is so new and clean and well -equipped , even the wooden furniture makes me feel like home. I especially love the balcony which I can read books and chill there even under the rainy days.( there’s even a charger in the balcony ! How sweet is that :) ) And you can even play music and watching Netflix from the smart TV , which is a big bonus part for me to enjoy my solo time :) Host Ary is also helpful and you can find him anytime through WhatsApp. I highly recommend to everyone who wish to enjoy some quiet moment in ubud :)

The hotel left a double impression. The project itself is beautiful, but it was not possible to implement it in full. On the ground floor there is an art gallery. The second floor is for rooms. There was a cobweb in the room and very dusty blinds, after the previous tenant there was garbage in the bathroom here and there. The bed and towels are clean, but the windows and mirrors are dirty. The shower and toilet are in good condition. The air conditioner works. There is no cooler on the floor, you need to go up to the 3rd floor, where the owners live. A woman who does not know English at all meets and checks you in, this makes communication very difficult. The extension of the stay was through an aggregator, and each time I had to prove it, apparently she does not see it automatically, takes a photo and sends it somewhere, and all this time it is very tense. In general, the location is convenient, if you do not mind the noise of the road. I liked the housing close to the European style, but there are questions about the service.

Very old hotel. At first they offered a room with mold on half the wall and you had to climb a narrow spiral staircase. Despite the fact that they had 2 more free rooms. The tiles in the room are from the last century, with obvious chips that were covered up. The room is divided by a huge step 0.5 meters high. At night you can kill yourself in the dark on it. It smells of dampness, there is no refrigerator. It is impossible to get to the hotel by car. If it were not for the taxi driver, I would not have found it myself. It is better to pay a little extra and rent another hotel. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

I really like this place and would come back any time. The pool area and garden are so beautiful and peaceful, like a little paradise, the kitchen is big, common area comfortably, the beds as well, super mattresses, beds with curtains for privacy, own plug and light, locker provided, key card for the door, so it's super safe, staff very nice. Recommended 👍🏼

We rented a room with two single beds, upon arrival they settled us in a room with one double bed. But the owner is responsive, apologized and said that the room was still occupied and we could move into it tomorrow. We moved the next day. As for the room, for such a price, it seems to me that all hotels are not in very good condition. But it was cleaned, towels and bed linen are not new, the bed is not changed. Of the bathroom accessories, only liquid soap. A lizard lived in the room, then ants appeared from somewhere 😑 I noticed some small bugs on the bed, maybe they were bed bugs 😬. The distance to the center of Ubud, where all the markets and cafes are, is about 20 minutes on foot. Breakfasts at the hotel are delicious, different every day, the owner personally prepares breakfast 🤗

In 10-15 minutes walk from the main streets with souvenirs, temples, markets, etc. To the nearby supermarket five minutes walk down the street. In the hotel itself is not very clean, especially in the bathroom, there is a web and even small spiders. On the territory of the hotel is very beautiful, the feeling that you live somewhere in the forest, in the jungle)) in the morning is heard the sound of birds singing, very inspiring ☺️ In general, not bad hotel, but I would still work 😁 (by the way, toilet paper is not available) of the bathrooms only shampoo and soap. The hosts are very friendly and cute. And there are many dogs in the hotel on the territory,for those who are afraid,know)On a five-point scale ,I appreciate 3+

The location is fantastic, all easy to walk, but therefore it is also on a noisy road with daily traffic jams. However in the room it doesn't matter. The restaurant and swimming pool on the rooftop are the best. Great breakfast buffet and an unbeatable vista 360° including romantic sunsets. Be aware: they have special discounts for the coming months, because next door is a heavy construction going on.
