The room is spacious, visually appealing but somewhat shabby, with an unpleasant odor, and some furniture is in need of replacement. The private pool is amazing—clean and inviting—where curious squirrels, birds, and lizards can be observed from the balcony.
Cleaning procedures might be reviewed, as certain details are overlooked, such as a filthy smart toilet pipe. The service staff are wonderfu, polite, and hard working.
Outdoors are fantastic, featuring three swimming pools, lush greenery, and a private beach equipped with plenty of sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. A short 7-8 minute walk takes you to the open market, 'Bali Collection', which offers a variety of dining options.

Bali Nusa Dua Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the room and overall hotel area was excellent. The location is perfect—close to the beach and main attractions in Nusa Dua. Facilities like the pool, gym, and restaurant were all well-maintained and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found it peaceful, comfortable, and very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities.
Very friendly/polite workers.
They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness).
They gave fruit platter in room.
I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely.
Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water.
The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips.
They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan.
Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty.
The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all.
Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic.
Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it.
I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.

After 3 weeks travelling around Bali I would say this hotel really gives what you are paid for! The staff are suoer nice, they can speak perfectly english. The room are super clean, nice big pool, 3-5min walk to the beach. Breakfast is super nice! I loved every moment of staying at the hotel.
Some suggestion to the hotel.: the pool should be a bit cooler but its relative:) and the sweeping is super loud in the morning, I would suggest to do it during the day because it woke me up during my stay (before 7am)
Overall: 100% recommend it! Clean, nice hotel with great, big pool and breakfast!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. The property is absolutely stunning—grand architecture, lush gardens, and a serene atmosphere that made us feel truly relaxed from the moment we arrived.
Our room had a semi-private pool, which added a special touch of privacy and luxury to our stay. The staff surprised us with a honeymoon cake and welcome drinks, which made us feel extra celebrated and cared for.
Breakfast had a great variety, and we were especially happy to find delicious Indian options available—something we didn’t expect, but really appreciated!
Service was professional and warm throughout. It’s a superb property for couples looking to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the beauty of Bali in a 5-star setting. Highly recommended!

An excellent location for those who want to relax on the beach surrounded by other tourists. The Beach is nice , the pool too.
The hotel is quite old and this shows. I’m n the room the decor is dark, and old fashioned. The toilet especially shows its age.
But! If you can look past that, it’s a great value resort.
For meals , you can always go to the neighboring resorts. There are a few of them.

Pros: quick check in with friendly staff. Location is good if you plan to stay near the beach. Easier to access the most famous beaches to the south by taxi.
The facility is clean and the pool is well maintained, very good for a night swimming. Nice view from balcony.
There are some supermarkets close by for daily necessities.
Every day cleaning service.
Neutral: breakfast is boring. Usually fried rice and noodles with some local toppings. No real western options only muesli and croissant.
Cons: room is relatively small. the beds aren’t the most comfortable - just okey. The room is rather dark especially the bathroom with no natural light only bad lighting. Even makes shaving a huge challenge where I ended up using flashlight.
No hangers to dry wet close.
Even though Bali is famous for coffee the coffee served for breakfast is outrageous. Not to mention if you want to have like a cappuccino it is not included in your breakfast and have to pay.
Not the hotel’s fault but the hotel and the neighborhood is packed with Russians often drunk and shouting which can be really disturbing if you trying to find your inner peace.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Mulia Resort!
I had an amazing solo trip staying at Mulia Resort — it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality that instantly made me feel at home.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotless. The room was perfectly maintained, with fresh linens and a lovely scent. Common areas like the pool and dining areas were also kept immaculately clean.
Location: Ideal beachfront spot with stunning views and easy access to both peaceful relaxation and vibrant local attractions.
Service: The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
Amenities: World-class facilities — the pools, spa, gym, and restaurants were all top-tier. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had!
Whether you’re traveling solo or with family, I highly recommend Mulia Resort for a luxurious, worry-free experience in Bali.

Great facilities. The kids enjoyed the extra large day bed. Very spacious room. So fun to watch the little squirrels on the trees by the pool. Their Italian restaurant had great food.
We actually just came for lunch but loved their food and facilities that we ended up checking out of our other hotel and booked a room in Grand Hyatt immediately after lunch and checked in without a fuss.
Would choose this hotel again.

LLadySoulI had a great stay and experience at the Holiday Inn Resort. I arrived exhausted, sore & with the “Bali Belly” from my busy week in Ubud. The lovely lady at the reception immediately picked up on my state upon arrival. I appreciated her inquiring about what was wrong and her sympathy. The hotel also offered me complimentary ginger, turmeric, honey & lemon tea several times for the issue with my stomach. I found a gecko in my room. They tried to get it out but failed. They instead upgraded my room and moved me to a gecko free room. I really appreciated that gesture. The spa was equally amazing. I was met with friendly smiling staff all day long around the hotel. I loved the breakfast and the beach views. Thank you so much Holiday Inn for making my last few days in Bali Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it!

AAnonymous UserMy family and I had an awesome stay in Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms Villa which was spacious enough for kids to run around. Unfortunately the kids did not get to play in the plunge pool as water was cold. Breakfast spread was good selection and play centre was of good size to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return to stay if we go back Bali again.

Very Good
IinaraWe liked everything very much, the rooms are clean, the pool is right in the courtyard, breakfasts need to be chosen in the evening and in the morning at the appointed time they are brought directly to the room, and also additionally a fruit plate, pastries, the beach next to the hotel is of course not for swimming, you need to walk and next to other hotels there is where to swim, but you need to walk. There are food products and massage parlors next to the hotel. We like everything, the most important thing is that the Balinese style is preserved in the hotel and it is great to relax here due to the silence around

EElaineHotel breakfast is unexpectedly good! I would recommend Egg Benedict!
The lobby looks a bit old but inside the garden, poolside and restaurant are still nice.
Traffic jam is crazy in Bali, the location is a bit far from the tourist attraction. It’s better to spend all day chilling inside the resort rather than sightseeing :)

GGuest UserOverall, it’s good. It’s very cheap, and the hotel service is excellent.
However, you need to bring your own personal items because they don’t provide a toothbrush, towels, or body wash. You have to prepare everything yourself. Also, the blankets here are quite thin, but you can ask the owner if you need one. I will definitely come back here if I return to Bali.

GGuest UserThe environment in Bali is good, the weather is also very good, with blue sky and white clouds. It is a pity that I did not go to the beach this time to participate in the hotel exhibition. Fortunately, the hotel I stayed in used the hotel door lock from our company Orbita, safe and small refrigerator, and five-star treatment. , the hotel has too many services and is very good and friendly. The hotel is also very close to the exhibition. It takes about 5-10 minutes to drive and it is not as crowded as Jakarta. I will continue to choose this hotel next time and their waiters will also help with luggage. Hotel 💥, awesome 👍 awesome
