EXCELLENT hotel, very friendly & superb staffs. highly recommended, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 fast check in & check out, lovely tasty breakfast too!

I love their bathroom soap & shampoo, they smell great! The location was at a crossroad so it was pretty reachable and east to find. But the room was too small for that price point. Also, when we parked our car in their basement, they were fixing some plumbing issues, and whoa the stink... I had to wash my hair once we got into our room because it made my hair smell the worst even though I only passed by for a minute. I felt bad for the workers :')

Feels like a comfy old hotel but the facilities is still great. Even thought i complaint about the bedlight flickering, the room service immediately change it with a new light bulb in minutes. The breakfast is also quite delicious and variable 👍. Overall, it's still a nice hotel although quite the age 😊.

Quiet and small hotel yet felt exclusive and premium despite the 3 star rating. The rooms are well kept and decorated tastefully. Complimentary snacks and mini bar in the room, as well as useful Muslim amenities such as prayer garb, mat and quran provided Dining room was beautifully decorated, plenty of pretty photo opportunities but the food served was average. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times

I've had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hay Hotel Bandung not once, but twice! 😊 And let me tell you, both times were just amazing! 🤩 The staff? Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew 👏. They really made me feel at home 🏠. I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill 🎨. And, bonus! 🎁 There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies 🛍️. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over 💻. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect 📍. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots 🍴🛍️. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ❤️. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 🙌 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think the hotel is really good, it's very spacious, I'm surprised that the breakfast menu is so small there is also a place to hang out, so it's nice to hang out there

It's a good hotel for the price, but it's a pity that the shower in the bathroom has no curtain but letterally sprays on the toilet.

The hotel was strategically located, and the aesthetic of the hotel, added with the crisp cool air of Bandung really makes the classical-themed hotel seemed really cool and nostalgic! Would totally recommend for a next visit! Oh, and the staffs are very friendly too! ☺️
