Please ignore the bright black spot in the upper right corner at the last picture (duvet), that's from the camera. The bedding was dirty, see the pictures, the first 2 pictures is the bedsheet. I don't know is it because they didn't change it in the first place before I checked in or something went wrong during their laundry process. But it's really annoying! Why should I think about what else they forgot to clean, and I just didn't notice it yet? They changed the bedding pretty fast, within 10 minutes after my complaint. But they asked me do I want it to be changed! Like I want to sleep on the dirty bed which previous customers left? Or it wasn't washed properly? ”Calm down” like it's not a big deal? Other than that everything is ok, the bed is soft enough, quiet, good location.

Good choice of hotel in Bangkok. City is expensive but good fun. The hotel is on a bar street so full of old fat white men chasing the young pretty Thai girls. I recommend the hotel as everything is great. My deluxe double room was comfortable and the breakfast lovely. The price is affordable but note the hotel is often at 100% occupancy. I had to leave for another hotel as l was unable to extend my booking.

Sukhumvit
Went with family and booked a one bedroom suite. Great location, lovely room with an extra bed, good pool, nice staff, wonderful room service. Away from the hustle bustle in Sukhumvit area. Very close to 7/11 and couple of Indian restaurants though not tried. The breakfast area is little small so choose your time accordingly else one has to wait or sit outside. Vegetarians will have a nightmare as there's not much in the menu, but they have lovely kitchen in the room. So, I would strongly suggest to carry maggi and other stuff if you are going from India. We didn't carry anything and we missed it. Washing machine inside the room is very useful if the stay is for 4-5 days. Skytrain station is a little far from there but I would recommend not to use it as taxis are far cheaper for the shorter distances. Ms. Cream at the reception is needed to be given a special mention here as she was really good at her work in terms of check-n and other queries. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Overall, recommended.

Novotel Platinum I have made a booking for 1 standard room (1 king) for 2A at Novotel Platinum. It is conveniently located just at Platinum Fashion Mall, nearby to CentralwOrld and Big C. There are many cafes, 7-11 and food stalls readily available just around the hotel entrance at level G. The check-in and actual hotel lobby is at level 6, same as the restaurant for daily breakfast. Price per night is on the high side, probably due to school holiday and festive season. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and bellboy is available to help send all the luggage from level G to the room, vice versa. Room size is decent, cleanliness could be improve with moulding everywhere within the shower area. The booking comes with daily breakfast. However, it is very disappointing given the reputation of Novotel (Accor) and the price paid for. The breakfast spread is limited, some of the taste is mediocre. This is the first time I did not look forwards to having breakfast at my stay. I only been to the breakfast 2 out of my 5 days stay. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. Great location and good service, but pricy and mediocre breakfast.

It’s my 2nd time here this year and I stayed for 2 weeks. I love the location, and the service staffs were very friendly. Downside: 1) They do not have USB port and 1 of the 3 power points outlets was not working. I hope they can install USB outlets for more convenient usage. 2) The host next to the washlet leaked after 2 use. After servicing, it worked for 2 days, the host started to leak again. The housekeeper put towels on the floor to absorb the water during housekeeping, after 2 days, they repaired the fault during housekeeping and all was good. Overall, I still like the place very much and I’ve already booked for my next trip which will happen in 3 months time.

Staying at this hotel was a delight. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
