"The location is great! It is just walking distance from the Graz central train station. And since it is near to the station, it is easily accessible to all kind if public transports. The room is clean and neat, the cleaning service is not come by default, you have to hang the sign so they would know your room requires cleaning new towels. By the way, the bathroom is transparent to the room with a sheer curtain, so you might want to think again before you book if you are travelling with friends. I would not suggest to purchase the breakfast separately unless it comes with your room. The breakfast buffet costs EUR 19 but the choices are limited."

"The hotel is good overall, clean and comfortable, and the room is not small compared to other hotels of the same price in Europe. The surrounding is very quiet, and the facilities are relatively new. It is very suitable for business trips, family trips, and friends' trips. I will choose it again next time. The front desk staff was very welcoming."

"Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz. Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed. Very nice gym with the view. Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking. Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly"

Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. "The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. "The room was completed at the arrival, the 2nd (in addition) was not yet. When we returned to the hotel the night the room was forgiven. The receptionist was unfriendly and then our friends got a very small room as a replacement (probably thought as a single bedroom). The ways to the rooms in the neighborhood just everything other than 4 stars."

"My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz."
