"Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for."

"I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars."

We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many bus routes at the bus stop. The area around the hotel is very easy to go shopping. It is two streets away from Government Street, and the places where tourists usually go shopping are nearby. In addition, I arrived at the hotel at about 12:00 that day and planned to put down my luggage first, but was arranged to check in directly. Thank you very much! This time, 5 adults stayed in a double room with a sofa bed, and there is enough space."

"phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩"

Even when we checked out, we were allowed to keep our car in the lot until 4pm (but confirm with the front desk just incase).

GgisellewqlThe room was quite disappointing overall. I thought each room would have a balcony, but it didn't. The soundproofing was not good, and I could hear the cars outside. There were no living facilities around the hotel, only greenery, nothing special. I might as well spend a few hundred bucks and stay at the Queen's Hotel on the inner harbor side. It's very lively next to it, with the Parliament Building, the pier, etc. The photos of this hotel are more beautiful, as if there is a harbor below. In fact, the harbor is on the opposite side, and there is nothing below it!

MMISAKI MATSUOI didn't have a car, so I walked from the bus stop for about 20 minutes. Other than the location, I am very satisfied. I especially liked the breakfast, and enjoyed handmade waffles, muffins, and omelets. All the staff were friendly and the hotel was very comfortable.

The hotel environment is great, surrounded by golf courses, and there are hiking trails around. The hotel lobby provides free coffee and small desserts, which are very delicious! Have a pleasant trip!

GGuest UserPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.

RRMRRThis hotel has been newly renovated, so everything looks new. Close to downtown, free parking, new amenities such as hand held shower head, air conditioning. There is a playroom in the lobby as well. Price is also very reasonable, would recommend for visitors to Victoria.

VVivianJimenezSadly the room wasn’t clean at all. There was dust and plastic trash on both bed side tables. Other guest left some food leftovers on the fridge which had a weird smell and we reported this but they didn’t do much about it.
