"I’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms."

"It was good, and the breakfast provided was a nice bonus. The only downside was that some seats didn't have power outlets. I didn't try dinner, but it just wasn't to my personal taste, I guess. Great location, clean bathroom and bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"The room was clean but basic. There was no kettle, just a basic coffee machine. Surprisingly, they didn't even provide bottled water. The Indian front desk guy was also very slow at check-in. After asking for various information to enter into a computer, he finally gave me a form to fill out again. This is the first time I've encountered such inefficient check-in in Canada. It's off-season, so there are many rooms available. They assigned me a room right next to the elevator. I asked if I could change it, but he said it would cost extra. I was completely speechless. Overall, my experience was average. I wouldn't recommend it."
