"This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel."

"This hotel is relatively new, the environment is clean and sanitary, and it is easy to find the location by car. However, the service efficiency needs to be improved. The process from check-in to using the food delivery robot is relatively slow and requires patience. We booked a triple room, but only two towels and bottled water were provided in the room, and the phone in the room was not connected, so we had to go to the front desk to ask in person. The front desk staff said that the room service had gone off duty and would have to wait until 10am the next morning to replenish it, but we had already arranged to leave, and they suggested that ”we should have made our request earlier”. However, a triple room should be equipped with supplies for three people, and it would be better if more attentiveness could be given to this. Overall, the hardware facilities are good, but the service details and responsiveness can be further improved."

I want a tote bag...😱, let me take the laundry bag to the meeting... 4. After the meeting on the 3rd floor, from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor, I went down to the cafe on the other side. I went to the front hall and asked the waiter. The waiter said that there was no way. I went down to the cafe on the 3rd floor and I asked that I could go to the cafe every time I came downstairs.
