Bringing my child to Mount Taibai this time, choosing the Furongge Yunlan Hotel was absolutely the right decision – our experience was fantastic! 👍 We had a dedicated butler looking after us throughout our stay, from pre-arrival communication before we even left home to final check-out. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before we set off, the butler proactively asked for our arrival time, made sure the room's air conditioning was on, and even arranged a welcome fruit platter. Once we checked in, no matter what we needed, they responded instantly to our messages. The attention to detail was exceptional. I must commend the hotel's complimentary photography service! The grounds are full of beautiful photo spots. The photographer was excellent at engaging with children, capturing really natural shots that looked great even without editing. We got so many heartwarming parent-child photos. There's also a gentle dog named Zhouzhou at the hotel, which my child absolutely adored. They spent the entire day chasing the dog around, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise for our holiday. In the evening, there's an atmospheric 'nightfall ceremony,' and the complimentary sweet tremella (snow fungus) porridge was a delightful bedtime treat. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and my child didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, and the bedding was super soft, making for a very comfortable rest. When we left, we even received a parting gift from the hotel. The butler was meticulous throughout our stay and even messaged us after we left to ensure we arrived home safely. This hotel is perfect whether you're bringing kids or specifically coming for a photo-op. 👍 I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Mount Taibai!

It really makes people wonder. Now when the economic situation is so bad, where does the service staff of your hotel come to confidently provide such a service? Whether it is eating at the hotel or soaking in the hot springs, there is no customer convenience. Eating and hot springs need to get a ticket every day. The first sentence of entering the restaurant and the hot spring waiter is a ticket? To go to the hot springs, you must change the hotel slippers, whether it is adults and children, anyway, we have not seen the disinfection of slippers during our stay. Going to the basketball court also has to change slippers, how to play basketball with slippers? Responding to the front desk, the waiter gave me a reply that I could wear slippers and then take my own shoes in. I thought this picture was ridiculous?
