"Lake view twin room. The view was absolutely stunning as soon as I opened the window, and the spacious balcony offered a panoramic view of the entire resort. We spent our mornings and evenings exploring and taking photos in the Hallstatt-inspired town. In the mornings, you can even jog along the lake. The infinity pool's water was clean, and we enjoyed unlimited free swimming, which the kids loved. The breakfast was rich and varied, maintaining its quality despite the May Day holiday. "Naked Retreats' first foray into South China is definitely worth experiencing! Nestled amidst thousands of acres of tea plantations, with tea mountains all around, the air is incredibly fresh. We even participated in tea picking and processing organized by the hotel – a truly unique experience. The activities for children were plentiful; older kids could participate from morning till night without parental supervision. The staff were also very patient and welcoming with the children. The food at both restaurants was quite good, although the service was slightly lacking during the Qingming Festival holiday when it was newly opened, but this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall experience. I believe it will continue to improve and is definitely worth a visit!"

"I booked two spacious and comfortable rooms for my friends. They were clean, and the bathrooms were ensuite-style, so it wasn't cramped. There was even a mahjong table where my friends had a blast. We also had a barbecue there in the evening, which was super comfortable. The place was large, and the kids had a great time eating and playing (see pictures). The next day, we decided to have lunch here again because we enjoyed the braised chicken with mountain snails the night before. The steamed fish was excellent, the ginger and scallion chicken was delicious, and the crispy bamboo shoots were incredibly tender and tasty. There were 11 people (including 5 children) and 10 dishes, and we finished everything! As someone who needs coffee every day, this coffee was definitely worth it—dark roast beans, so fragrant! Worth a visit! Because of the scorching sun, we didn't climb Luofu Mountain (it's actually very close, we were just lazy) and stayed until after 3 pm before heading back. The owner is a young man, and when an auntie was eager to check in, they were very patient and explained that she needed to clean the place properly before they could let her stay. Hopefully, everyone can be patient; the service industry isn't easy. The owner is indeed a very kind and helpful young man. Please be understanding and considerate ❤️, and may his business prosper!
